The staff is rude and hostile. They are trying to charge you 20% on a to go order where they offer no convenience. They are not taking orders over the phone. You have to come in and wait 30 minutes. What is the convenience fee for? Sounds like a scam to me. Waffle you need to do better and get people with better customer service skills.
