First time visiting. Went on a Tuesday morning at 3am. I was promptly greeted and my order was taken. I told the cook what I wanted and the food came out fast. There was something off about my food. It wasn’t as well prepared like I’m used to. The toast was too burnt and the hash brown tasted like it wasn’t made with oil at all. I played some music on the juxe box which was nice. Overall not a bad experience. Could be better. I recommend.

We had to ask for drinks 3 times because they weren’t brought to the table until after the food showed up.We never received any butter or syrup with our waffles.We had to get up to ask for the check and boxes because after we were served our food we were never checked on again. It was 10 pm so it was not busy by any means.

Come here quite often BUT this was 'not too good' experience... There were 3 of us and one other person the place.... Conner was our 'server' and seemed to be worried about eating then serving us .. KRIPES! He forgot our drinks and I had to remind him to get me a coffee!

tried to call the restaurant, no possible way to get a human, just a recording telling me to place togo order on their website. ridiculous.I stopped in to pick up a couple breakfast sandwiches on my way to work this morning. walked from my car to the building, passed an employee on a smoke break- ok- people have to smoke at work, good industry workers- that is disgusting, but my opinion. I place my to go order and sit by the window and wait, not a problem. I'm walks Smokey the employee, and instantly, my eyes tear up, my lungs feel like I have needles going through them and I begin to choke.she continued walking by and perched herself at the end of the counter. time stood still as I struggled to breathe. she must have thought the gallons of perfume she applied to herself to cover up the foul smelling smoke would be well received. it wasn't. day ruined, migraine set in almost immediately, and I still had 8 hours of work ahead of me. I was unproductive, sick to my stomach, could not function at work, could not eat my food, and could smell that stench for the rest of the day, almost as if she sprayed me, when she only passed by me. NEVER EVER will I go to that "affle Ho" again. -5000 out of a 1-10 scale. can I rate negative stars???

Avery was an IS the best!! From the time we got out our car she was nice friendly poliet held the door for us washed her hands welcomed us again while we chose a place to sit! everything you wont in a waitress when you go out to eat she has!! an thats hard to find didnt have to ask for anything she made sure we were all set!! weve been to many many many waffles houses never this one an thought wed giver a go! defienly one we will be back to! The place was spotless very clean an tightyyy she had jokes very funny! thank you again !!
This is the worst waffle house I have been to it took 35 minutes to get service then they never brought me my waffles and my waitress was the worst, no manners, not friendly and she couldn't even serve you coffee, i had to get up 15 minutes latter to ask for creamers....Horrible place.....

The worst experience I have had here was today on Dec. 29, 2023. My family and I ate here and had a very obnoxious and very rude waitress. She greeted us with an bad attitude. When she asked what we wanted she didn't ask how we wanted our eggs or anything. When she brought our food all she said was take this take this in a very angry manner. She never came to ask if everything was ok nor ask if we needed anything else. I work in a restaurant and you just don't do customers like that. I will never eat there again. Where I work we have a better rating and some amazing food awesome service.
