I got a four piece nugget and one of the “nuggets” was just a breaded piece of plastic.I ate a chicken sandwich here and found ANOTHER piece of plastic. I showed the manager and informed her I was not going to eat anything else and she said that she would refund me to then two weeks later no refund.when I called to ask for a refund later I was informed that they “had not record of the incident or manager” and that I would not only get no refund but they accused me of lying for free food and money. DONT EAT HERE!

I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this Wendy’s. I ordered two Dave’s Double combos with cheese and a strawberry lemonade with no ice. While the fries were acceptable, neither sandwich had tomatoes, lettuce, or onions—basic toppings that should never be missing without explanation.
I returned to the drive-thru window to address the issue. The same employee assisted me again, and just like before, there was no greeting and no apology for my return visit. Since I was never given a receipt, he spent about four minutes trying to find my order, only to finally tell me, “I rung it up wrong.”
He then handed me a bag with three combos, yet somehow the order was still incorrect—one burger was missing a tomato. To make matters worse, he came back to the window and handed me a single tomato in a container instead of fixing the sandwich properly.
That was the final straw. This level of service is unacceptable and despicable, especially for a restaurant I have been loyal to for seven years. There was no accountability, no professionalism, and no effort to correct repeated mistakes.
This was my last visit to this location.

25 minutes in drive thru with only 2 cars and still have not gotten to the window is way too long
Beware: Hamburger was disgusting. Taste like old grease. Made me sick. Cold fries. Deleting app right now on both phones. Goodby Wendy’s. You suck. I called 3 times and y’all never responded. Sad and disrespectful. I was a long time customer.

There’s was no line was asked to pull up. When the MANAGER not shift supervisor brought my food out I said thank you. She did not say anything back, I made sure I check my food before I left, my nuggets were not in the bag I go back in immediately after, a young girl asked what I need, I told her and she got it for me, the manager came to the front counter sat there 15 seconds, asked how I’m doing I said good. She continued to stand there so I decided to be a problem solver and told her my nuggets weren’t in the bag she getting them now, the manager replied oh okay. No sorry or anything, when people use drive throughs it’s so they can stay in the car. When I got to work, my sandwich buns were soggy and falling apart like the jbcs were sitting in the bun warmer. 11 dollars wasted and given nasty attitude. Lots of Wendy’s are closing. This location need to be next on the list. The night manager is sorry.

This Wendy’s is the worst I’ve ever been to. It makes me not want the food at all. The service is horrible, the employees attitudes are horrible, the drive though takes 20 minutes for ONE CAR. overall it’s ridiculous. Get more staffing or retraining immediately. I try my best to avoid this location because it’s been consistently atrocious for over 2 years. Not worth your time.

Apparently The hours changed you can no longer go through the drive-through at 6 AM. The door said that they open at 10 AM went over there about 10 after and they were still locked. A girl inside, looked at me and just stared at me, did not come open the door for me. Wanted to order breakfast it was unavailable on the app, but it still gave me a coupon and I can still use my points for breakfast items, but apparently they no longer serve breakfast here.

I have been eating at Wendy's for a long time and USED to really enjoy a Wendys burger!!! This Wendy's is absolutely the worst run store I have ever been to. The lack of general management has the employees lost like a boat without a rudder. The people behind the counter work hard but general management is no where to be found.......I asked and no one knew where this gen mgr was. So sad.....I will not eat there again.
Cashier was super awkward and was picking at some dead skin on his hand. Old dude was eating something and smacking his chops while making sandwiches. Generally unsanitary conditions. Manager was nice and attentive though. And the soda machine actually worked.
