Came in to order a taco salad. The customer in front of me ordered for a bunch of stuff to be made fresh. They did not make the fries fresh, they pulled them out from the warmer. Then while they were putting that order together, the cashier just slowly kept bringing the stuff to the tray as opposed to taking the next order. All I had to order was a taco salad, and it probably took 7 minutes for my order to get taken. Also, the rewards machine was working extremely slowly. Will not return to this Wendy's.

Went here at 12:40 on aug 7th 2025 and had the best customer service at a restaurant i have ever had ,workers here are doing incredible at making this a great restaurant.

I'm not a fan of fast food at all. But I have to give credit where it's due. The staff was pretty friendly and my order was correct. Fries were cold and nuggets were a little stale. But besides that it wasn't a bad experience at all. I'd eat at this location again if I had to. 🦈💙

Out of lettuce, toys, potatoes, honey mustard and more! Dirty and slow service. Added bonus, as I used the restroom I watched an employee come out of the stall and not wash their hands.

Staff is incredibly rude and lazy. They start closing at 10:15pm on Saturdays even though online it says 2am. They tell you to hold and then just let you sit there hoping you’ll drive off. The manager actually said that to another employee. After they acted that way, I did drive off without ordering. This place deserves zero stars.

Why does drive-thru take 20-30 min. Look at that ratio of reviews lmao. Please avoid going here if you can't spare an additional 30 min to get to the drive thru speaker. All this wait and it was just one car in front of me. Did they have to harvest the potatoes themselves? Did they butcher the cow and make it all from scratch? I've been in this line 30+ min now and I just paid, now I gotta wait an additional 30 min to get my food.
