Waited 5 mins for my order to be taken while I watched the employee work on a sign at the register. Not to worry though, I had plenty of entertainment while listening to 3 employees curse at each other in the lobby and share way too much about their personal lives.

Omg you really have to check behind them like they 2 year olds. They can’t never get your food order correct. Please check your food before pulling off. I ordered Cobb salad and they left off the bacon and garlic bread. This store needs to close down.

This place is aweful. Most of the time the inside is locked and the drive thru takes forever. Just waited 22 minutes after ordering my food just to get my food and find out the fried pickles are freaking burnt.

This would be a great place to open up a restaurant.
Not sure what they have done to ruin the Zaxby's salad. But it is absolutely horrible. Salad doesn't even taste like it's real. Everything tastes like it's chemically. Ended up throwing it away it was so bad.
Used to love their Zalads. Between poor customer service, terrible atmosphere and nasty food. Not going back.

So on top of Zaxby’s off of Carowinds Boulevard, not having receipts to give you they are shorting your orders as well. I talked to the manager about the receipts when I got home. Food was missing out of my order as well. I had to ask the worker to provide me a drink that was missing and me trying to figure out why I could not get a receipt. It turns out when I got home, I was missing items out the order as well.Now I think there stealing tried to call back and I keep getting hung up on!!!!! This is a bad look for the Zaxby’s brand

I was very hesitant to visit this location due to the low rating/ bad reviews. My experience was very good! Food was delicious, order was accurate and arrived timely, and personnel (they were WAY overstaffed) was professional. The only detraction is due to too many people being on the clock. I saw lots of standing around with arms crossed, talking, and lack of focus, but the mgr. (working on back line) was great!
