Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I admit, my experience here can be hit or miss, however, I went on 12/1 to dine inside (usually do drive-thru) and service was great. I had the pleasure of meeting Jania (hope I’m spelling your name correctly!) and she was attentive and very sweet to myself and my 7 year old. We didn't have to wait long for the food and it was delicious.

Average wait time for me has been 20-30 minutes after several visits to this location. The food quality was not what I would expect from Zaxbys, food was incorrectly cooked or missing items almost every time.

A terrible experience at this Zaxby’s waiting almost 40 minutes for an order while standing at the counter watching other customers coming and going and the drive-through completely emptying. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, all I got was some guy yelling at me from behind the window that they were super busy. Absolutely terrible service and more terrible customer service.

Incredibly friendly customer service from Andrew who is the main reason for 5 stars.

Nice new milkshakes, selection of sauces, and pretty good chicken tenders via MrBeast box. Overall I feel the food quality can be slightly higher at Zaxby's and include some healthier options, but you know what you're getting yourself into for fast food.

Got the Zaxby D’s salad was so disappointed, cucumbers were limp and transparent gel like like they had been frozen, the egg tasted strange, and you could taste the pesticides on the lettuce like it hadn’t been washed. Total waste of money as I ate just a few bites and ending up throwing it away. The drive thru here is beyond ridiculous slow, this will be my last time trying to give them a chance. It’s Slim Chickens from now on for us , for much better service & food !!

too slow every time

Laughable. The fried pickles are so overcooked the pickles are all the way dried out. Not to mention, you place an order for pickup only to go and find the doors are closed and locked. At 7pm. No signage on the door as to why so you’re forced to sit in the drive-thru for 30+ minutes just to pick up your order. This location is by far the worst in the area.

Store was closed to walk ins. Drive through backed up because of it. Food was delivered relatively quickly, but tasted like it was cooked in week old grease...

Food was good once we finally got it... We were 2 of only 3 people inside the restaurant and it took over 20 min to get a salad & a sandwich-combo.
Young man working the register was very nice & apologetic (not his fault the kitchen wasn't delivering).
There was a dead cockroach on the floor in the aisle between tables, which was a huge turn off.
Convenient stop off I77, but would probably drive past for something else next time.

I’ve stopped coming to this Zaxby’s because of several bad experiences, however it is closest to my work. This time, I was asked if I wanted to upgrade my fries and drink to large for extra money - I said sure. After waiting at the window for 20 minutes ( I only get 30 minutes for my lunch break), I was given a regular drink and less fries than I would expect if I hadn’t upgraded to large. This was my last time ever going to this Zaxby’s location.
