Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I went to the drive through yesterday around 4:15 there were two cars in front of me. It took 15 minutes to get to the window to order. Once I finally got to the windowaftre th car in front of me was asked to move to the side several minutes later, I was also asked to move to the side It took another 15 minutes to get a plain grilled chicken. Incouyld see at least 5 employees inside. While i was waiting an employee took her meal to her car 4 walkins were in and out while I waited. To top it off the chicken was dry and slightly burned. I will never go there again. I could have gone to the store and cooked mynown chicken in the amount of time this took. I recomend NOT going there

I love zaxbys but they need to hire real cooks not highschool kids.

Attempted to eat here today for lunch, but they were not accepting orders for the dining room or to go. I was informed of this by someone in the kitchen who shouted across the restaurant to me that they were closed.

I went lemon pepper on the wingz. They were good! dont expect high quality wings at zaxbys.

Worst service ever. Waited in line for a good amount of time to get to the window. Not bad but a little excessive. Waited for about 30 at the window! I paid and they shut the window and I sat there. Nobody checked on me. Nobody came to the window to apologize for the wait time. Nobody thought to give me my drink while I waited in the heat. Then when I did say something about getting my drink, the guy said it wasn't his station. He became very argumentative when he learned how highly irritated I was. As if I had no reason at all to be annoyed. This place will NEVER see my money again. I advise everyone to skip this place and go down the road to Bojangles or McDonald's.

Waited in line for 45 minutes, understaffed and under trained, not only did they get my order wrong, the incorrect order they gave me didn’t even match the incorrect ticket.

i really wanna put zero stars , the new lunch crew is terrible and needs some training because everytime i go during lunch time they tell me they don’t do all flats but when i go during 4 i get all flats . it’s terrible the new people they hire

They take forever to make the simplest things - 4pc tenders and fries. You’re guaranteed to seat it the drive thru for no less then 30 minutes…today we waited close to 40 minutes as an employee walks out from their shift with 3-4 meals to-go! While the remaining employees walk around in circles and play on their phones. Worst Zaxby’s I’ve ever been to in my life. Whoever this franchise owner and manager is should be ashamed. Not to mention they then locked to doors because they were “too busy” at 7:15pm.

Good food depending on the day. However, You're guaranteed to spend a minimum of 30 minutes waiting especially if it's after 6pm. This location literally makes ONE meal at a time. I've watched so many customers leave the line before and after ordering due to the HORRENDOUS wait time. I'm sure a lot of food is also wasted considering people leave the line before having a chance to pay and get the food. 4 teenagers and a helpless manager obviously cannot run this Slow Food restaurant. This is place needs serious HELP!!! Update: 40 minutes later and just got my food.. All 3 meals have varying degrees of warmth: meal on top was the hottest, meal in the middle was warm and the meal on the bottom luke warm. Smh...

Took 40 minutes to get through the drive through with only 7 cars in front of us. The inside was worse.
