Not enough staff at this location to be able to keep up with the demand of the drive thru. They only offer the drive thru and no indoor ordering/dining. Won’t come back due to lack of service and long wait with mediocre unseasoned fries.

I asked for grilled chicken because I’m diabetic and can only have so many carbs :-/ Guess who couldn’t eat their lunch when it came time? Wasted money on food that I couldn’t even eat.

I’ve showed up at this location twice and both times they were closed when they should have been open. When I went today and there was a sign on the drive thru menu that said closed due to staffing issues. The time before just had a sign that said closed, they didn’t give a reason. This location is definitely mismanaged. I will not waste my time driving back to this location.

No matter how bad this restaurant is nothing is ever improved! It needs completely new ownership! It has been closed most of the last 4-5 weeks with very little explanation why! We love Zaxbys but this particular one in Fort Mill SC is just unacceptable! Go elsewhere!

I went the first day 20 minutes prior to having to make my work drive. I ordered 2 origin chicken sandwiches and nothing else. I was about the third car back but made it through the pay window in approximately 6 minutes. Not so bad right? Proceeded to wait for an additional 17 minutes at the pull up spot as directed. Had to leave and arrived at work late without food for the evening. I called zaxbys as I left informing them of my situation. They said they'd give me 2 sandwiches the next day. So I stop in earlier the next day to find 7 cars ahead of me and I just say nope and went to bojangles instead. Apparently they have a great chicken sandwich so I hear, guess I'll never find out. So they still have my two sandwiches and the money I spent. I guess I just wanted to say thank you to zaxbys for the life lesson. It cost me 12 dollars to learn not eat at zaxbys. Enjoy my sandwiches.

***Update 3/7/21***Gave another chance this evening - wife placed an order in the drive-thru at 5:45PM. When she pulled around to the window, they told her they closed the kitchen at 5:00PM to drive-thru orders and they were only accepting online/call-in orders. Apparently they did not have enough staffing. Doesn't make much sense to me.I'm shocked with myself that I continue giving this store opportunities.***Original review***Using one of my dad’s favorite phrases - SLOW as molasses in January. Upon arrival, I was maybe car number 3 or 4 to place an order with 3 cars having already placed an order. In a span of 10 minutes, I moved 1 car ahead. Ended up leaving and went to Wendy’s. Car behind me left as well, and there were another 3 behind when I left.In the 5 minutes it took to get my Wendy’s, I drove back by and believe only 1 additional car moved forward.Truly astonishing to imagine moving only 2 cars through in a period of 15 minutes.
