All the bad reviews are true. If you come here bring food and a bucket cause they said they don't have restroom for drivers. I would suggest refuse any load picking from here cause u'll be here hours and hours.

5 Am Appointment. Got the Dock right a way . After 40 min start to Laoding . Nice friendly people. You can park overnight at parking lot 3 truck parking available. But looks like it’s not Rush place .
I hate doing this but after waiting for 9 hours to get loaded . I feel like it is fair to leave a feedback and give a head up to any driver who will be visiting this side near future. The appointment means nothing to done and do priorities people who arrives late you. A shocking experience and I am feeling devastated 👎🏼

Very bad place, check in at 4:30 p.m., workers are lazy, load slowly, check out at 2:04, impossible to turn the truck around on the premises, no toilet, terrible conditions, do not come to this place

The employees couldn’t be nicer, that being said it took 7hrs for them to load me. They do have places to park overnight. 2 truck stops right around the corner as well. Also no restroom

There's no restroom here for drivers it's unhealthy a driver can't relieve himself They're should be porter potties here for a men or women drivers the load time here is horrible the docks are not cold docks so you open your trailer doors and 5hrs later temperature dropped from -7 deg to 53'degs 😤😬🤢👎🏿
