Just not what it used to be. The server was very nice but I think she was actually kitchen staff so she was trying.

Never been so disappointed in my entire life. My family & I went there on New Year’s Eve. I have never experienced this type of bad service in my entire life. It took forever to get our drinks. Then when we got our food we didn’t get all at once. It was only a couple plates at a time. Mine & my husband’s steaks were over cooked, my broccoli was black on the bottom, they gave us our salads in to go containers, my brothers in laws chicken parmigian barely any sauce on it, my onion soup had a hamburger bun in it instead of the usual bread they put in it, & my daughter’s chicken alfredo was so dry. There were other issues, but it is just too much to complain about.

Never had an experience like we had tonight.The food 7 of us ordered at the same time.They couldn't bring it out at the same time.They brought it out cold hour and fifteen minutes before we got food the first plate never seen this place. They delivered one drink to a time and it's like, okay, what happened to bringing everything out at once. You got 7 people there bring all 7 drinks out on a tray, couldn't do that. People were getting done their meal before other people's even got their meal. You know what, I don't care if they say that there is no employees, and they're all new within a month and a 1/2 you ought to be ashamed of yourself. It's all I can say they lost my business .

Has to be the slowest and lousiest service in the food industry. Only 6 tables seated and 3 at the bar and yet, getting a server to your table is nearly impossible.
When the food comes out that we waited over an hour for, it was completely wrong.
No sign of a Manager anywhere.

We were there at 11 and the service was superb and the food was excellent. We split the sampler platter and had leftovers for another meal.

I went there as it was closing, but they were still welcoming and had no problem fixing my food! Great Customer Service!

The food is maybe good but they need to hire more waiters. They ruined my beautiful Sunday. Just only one man had to serve a lot tables. And I saw 2 girls free but did not help. She was sitting there and enjoyed her drink.

Waited 30 min for appitizers chips and queso, chips and spinach artichoke dip. Both were cold. So we left. Waitress Maddie was wonderful.
