Google maps claims they're open until midnight, but I tried using drive through at 10pm Saturday night and it was blocked off. I hope they close the place.

The new brisket and pulled pork sandwich’s are a ripoff. First the sandwiches are super tiny not worth a quarter of the cost second the sandwiches are not fully made they give you sauce packets. If you eating and driving you just get an overpriced dry tasteless pos sandwich. Go die Arby’s y’all thieves.

Went there and had to come back because the fish was old and cold and the cashier acted as if he didn't want to serve me, the guy had piercings in his upper and lower lips and wasn't friendly and the girl who gave me the 2nd order wasn't friendly at all she acted annoyed about re'doing my order, I'll probably never go back there again

We pulled up in the middle of the afternoon before our roadtrip once & they didn’t have a turkey sandwich or the shake machine ready for shakes .. but took our order for a shake though, just the story changed once at the window so we drove off cause no.. second time the Greek gyro was over filled with lettuce like so wack. “The fish is back” is posted on the street sign but at the drive thru window says” out of fish “ I can’t make this stuff up! This location is no longer on my list of options to eat when eating fast food.

This store Conscientious store, no cutting corners, same price but twice the size, compared to some Arbys stores. I was at another store a few days ago and gave a bad review because one Warps was only the size of short fries. This store is almost twice as big as others. Good review. Also, the service staff is very kind.

Every time I go to this location there's an issue when the white girl with the long black hair tattoos all over her every time she's there there's an issue. That girl is the rudest person ever and should not be nowhere working no customer service. She always messes up my order and I eat at Arby's every single day. I don't get a attitude with her or anything she be nasty she was slammed the window in your face you can hear her talking about others to others. I have reported her before because of the rudeness like if you tell her one thing she would do the opposite. It seems like nothing is being done about it. So now it's time for me to make a review so maybe higher authority to see what is going on in the Gaffney store. I am one of the sweetest person you would meet but I hated every time I will go to Arby's now and she's at work because she always messes up my water and then wants to get an attitude with me. Also I purchase curly fries and the two fish and Cheddar's the bread was old tasty old, my fish sandwiches were overcooked and they did not have no cheddar on them and I had asked for fish and cheddar only. This is not the first time that I received food that I could not eat from there. And the only reason I referred to her that way it's because I do not know her name so I just described her.
This place opens at 6:00 am I try to stop here on multiple occasions at 7:00 a.m. for some reason there is always a cone stuck in the Drive-Thru as if the drive-thru is closed and the lobby lights may or may not be on. I would rate food there's no point in even trying to get food if the place is technically closed

Located in Pilot. This was my first time eating breakfast at Arby's. I was pleasantly surprised. Sausage Croissant was hot and fresh as well as the potato cakes. Staff was kind and helpful all the way around. "Be a Beacon of light so others can find their way. Safe and happy travels!" Be'Be'
