The drive through is non-existent. I’ve seen 3 cars leave the line as it has been 10 minutes and they still haven’t taken the order of the car behind me. I’d leave if my son was so set on the biiscuit

Was in the drive through over 30 min on an online order. I dk what changed but the food was extremely bland. The only thing with flavor was the fish sandwich, which was extremely salty, and we couldn't finish it. Fries have never been good, but they somehow are made of cement now and so stale. Ordered a 3 piece chicken combo and only got 2. Got a family size bo round, which contained about 5 of them. I preferred this one over the one on Hyatt St. not anymore, though..

The chicken did not taste as good as it did before.
Ordered 8 piece family meal the pint of potatoes was about half full and the pint of slaw had only enough for 1 person. You eat at these places cause you don't have time to cook and still have to go home and cook

Some of the most incompetent staff! No matter what time of day, what shift, they can never get an order right! Simple order....Steak biscuit, medium bo rounds COOKED FRESH...BoRounds was cold and they aint even put my biscuit in the bag! I should've went to Hyatt St location, I never have a problem there and their staff is so friendly!
