Bojangles never disappoints! The food is always fresh and delicious, and the customer service is top-notch. As a truck driver, I travel all over the country, but every time I’m in the South, I make it a point to stop at Bojangles. I just wish there were more locations on the West Coast—I’d love to enjoy it more often! Highly recommend this place to anyone who appreciates great food and friendly service.
Might wanna make sure you completely cook food before you send it out just come this Morning November 18th and got two number one orders and all the bo rounds I ordered were not completely cooked. The middles tasted like raw potatoes they weren’t even crispy yet still soggy as hell

when made well done, so good. Sometimes the chicken biscuits are a bit less cooked than I'd prefer, but when they are cooked at a long rate and crispy chicken, they are fantastic and my favorite fast food breakfast option.

When the hurricane Helen hit they were on point friendly and fast. You know them chicken biscuits is the bomb so, it's nice to get good service. 👍 good job guy.

Loved our food and this restaurant. They never let us down. Even when the power was out they helped people as fast as possible and kept the line moving.
Great food, staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The store needs a good cleaning. Shut down a day and clean it.

I always have to wait 30-40 minutes to get my food when I chose curbside pickup. I even come a little later than the time given and still have to wait 30-40 minutes. The food dry as hell you can tell it’s reheated chicken🤢.

This Bojangles is great. Hard working employees keeping a long drive thru moving quick. I got a Cajun filet biscuit, Mac, dirty rice and sweet tea and it was all delicious.
The new Hot Wings from Bojangles were advertised as 16 pieces for 10.00. The cashier started ringing up the hot wings as 5 piece for 5.95 three times which came up to 25.65.. I told her I saw them advertised for 16 for 10.00.. So very rudely said that's not what she was told and they didn't have that number on the register. I showed her the picture I was looking at. Instead of trying to help me understand the problem with the prices she cleared out the order threw her arms up in the air and continued to yell ''You can't get them like that, I done told you what they were ringing up as .. I got the attention of another cashier and placed a different order. Trying calling the Bojangles Corp office number but the recording said to go to the Web site. With so many restaurants closing now days because the hospitality is so lost now. Being a older woman her professionism was very lacking. I was not her child and should not have been talked to in that manner. If the lobby had been full of people and the embarrassment had been worse it would have been a different situation but the parking lot was empty, From the service I received I can see why. Is this the kind of employees Bojangles wants running their restaurant.. if so I want be back.
