A Person on the Internet

This location regularly will get your order wrong, and is pretty dirty looking and feeling on the inside as well. Also takes awhile to get the food. The food itself is pretty average but good bojangles food, but I recommend going to the other Bojangles in town

Came to get chicken, they don't speak to you when you come in so you stand around till they decide to come over. The food I purchased was old, cold, chicken that night when i got it home. Nothing was fresh. I think they could do better with customer service and the food. I definitely don't understand the hype over there food or places!!

Everyone stood around looking around like there were no customers lined up by register or like there was no work to be done. I got over cooked buscuit and cold chicken filet ... seems like new management is needed here.

I've never been to a Bojangles were the Sweet Tea was disappointing until today. This place needs a bit of help, lawd. The tea was horrific. The sausage egg and cheese was too salty. The only good thing was the biscuit and the honey packets.
The youth working need more training and better understanding of customer service; they were trying but the leadership was lacking.
The atmosphere was dirty: tables, seats, FLOOR, counters. Do better, Bo'!

Go to the other location across town instead; it might be faster even if it a longer drive. Service here is agonizingly slow and they always manage to make at least one mistake with our order.

The food was fresh, but that's because they were assembling orders as fast as the kitchen was getting it to the front. It's like they weren't remotely prepared for a lunch rush.

I waited in drive thru for 30 minutes and had to leave without food. Got door dash last nite from same one. No biscuit in combo & food was old. Will go to Exit 90 next time.

The dining area was dirty, tables and floor. Our order was wrong and the workers were fussing at each other. Food didn't seem to be fresh. I've never had an experience like that at a Bojangles.

So I’m going to start with I love Bojangles, I’ve eaten it my entire life. I have never had a bad experience, foods always delicious consist. It’s a comfort food for me! Now this particular one I have had nothing but issues, I’ve lived in the area for about a year now and on several occasions I’ve eaten in and take out. My order is wrong every-time I’m either missing stuff or something is wrong all together or isn’t cooked all the way. I have spoke to a few different people there nothings been done. Everyone I talk to that works a cash register very pleasant and nice but still nothing. So tonight I’m saying something I got there about 15-20 before close which I get is annoying I work in a restaurant as well but you still serve the customer with a smile (lady at the window did) and don’t say “that’s what you get when you come right before close” when the window is still open if you’re gonna talk shit wait till the customer can’t hear you. Okay then I get home eat my bacon egg and cheese biscuit and half way through it I just get straight dough I just throw it away. With that said I’ll give it some time and I’ll be back hope y’all fix your issues that you’ve had for a long time now if not the next time will be my last time going to this particular bojangles.

What a difference a great manager makes. I ordered the food at the counter and the person working there took my order, but the manager overheard what I was telling her and made the order exactly the way I wanted it thank you so much and I got the food quickly and it was great.!
