My order was wrong, then the manager had an atitude. After 10 mins of waiting-they still got the order wrong. I only ordered 2 biscuits.

Staff were kind. We arrived about 3pm. We didn't have the time to wait 20 minutes for fresh chicken. We were traveling.We ordered two blueberry biscuits thinking they would make them fresh to compensate for the not so fresh chicken. NOT!!! They were hard as bricks and served with fresh glaze. The atmosphere was a two. Being that business was slow, they should have been cleaning and restocking the dining area. The floors, table, and countertops were dirty, which was a direct reflection of management.They gave us the blueberry biscuits free as they should have. I did wonder why, and that first fork cut screamed exactly why!!! We were tired, hungry, and were running behind schedule. We'll never return.Maybe lunch hour would be better. Nevertheless, Im concerned and worry about their cleanliness and lack thereofEveryone deserves grace...maybe it was a bad day out of many good days. If not, they need to DO BETTER!! Oh and we spent too much ? lolI'll give them a four on kindness It takes zero effort to be kind. Their kindness was appreciated.

Nobody in line at the drive thru I’ve already paid and was asked to pull up but 20 minutes later rent forgot to drop the borounds. Not that hard working fast food especially with no other orders coming

I wish I could give 0 stars! We used to come here quite a bit. It was our go to for our take-home meal with having a large family. In the last month, we have came here 4 times and there is a 20+ wait on chicken. Nobody at all in line and its dinner time but no chicken?! The employees are rude and seem relieved when you tell them no thanks on your order. This was our last time bothering with this place.

I hope this review is really taken into consideration as it is such a disappointment! Bojangles has always been a household name in my family throughout the years & have enjoyed the memories from early childhood. A few years ago I moved to a city that does NOT have a Bojangles so when I am near one it is always a must to stop by.Tonight I ordered a 2pc meal with 2 fixin's (fries&dirty rice) I received the food & realized the fries were overcooked and did not have that good seasoning on them that I missed. I told DESI about the fries, she told manager CYNTHIA who proceeds to yell out the window "These fries just came out!" - window closedI waved DESI down to state that my complaint wasn't about the fries being fresh or not it was about how they were cooked. I couldn't even finish talking before DESI slammed the price thru window & ran to CYNTHIA to laugh at what I was starting to say. - window closedI waved down someone else, her name was DALLAS & she was nice and patient. I explained my complaint to her in which she understood yet DESI was still laughing and being rude! - window closedLastly, I waved down CYNTHIA & explained that coming to Bojangles is an experience for me and it was completely ruined from the disrespect from her & DESI! CYNTHIA apologized and began to tell me that DESI is the bosses daughter. How sad!!!DESI was so rude & entitled as though she did not care about the job because of her relation to the boss!Experiences can mean something so little to others but so much to someone else. I hope this review is taken seriously & the employees understand how precious life is. You never know what people are going through!#FIREDESI

The Bojangles in Gafney Sc on w Floyd blvd night shift did a excellent job!! They accomidated us in a truck, made the food fresh, hot and was on time for the online order. Didnt make us feel like we was a bother even though their dining room was closed. Thanks!
