My review is a little skewed off rip because the other Bojangles is a bad design, there's no where to pull away and loop around. Had to pull up and awkwardly block the driveway.
But this location is really good. Everything is hot and fresh, even when they're really busy. The employees are always friendly too.

Came through the drive thru today for breakfast, ordered a biscuit and gravy meal with fries and a coffee with cream and sugar, the cashier understood that. Then I said, can I have a number two just like that. The cashier couldn't understand that, paused then asked me if I wanted 2 orders of biscuit and gravy, I said no I want a biscuit and gravy meal with fries and a coffee and a biscuit bacon egg and cheese meal with fries and a coffee. I think he finally understood because how much more direct could I possibly be? But then he reads me back my order and he says 2 biscuit gravy meals and a bacon egg n cheese meal and i said no I'm sorry, I just want 1 biscuit meal and 1 sandwich meal. He started to argue back "but you said" then he took himself off the speaker. I get to the window and there's a lady ive always had a great interaction with, she's fantastic but he's next to her taking a guys order and he's saying off the speaker "I'm trying to read you your order back" but the customer is still trying to add things to the order.
Baby if you hate working at Bojangles then go get a different job! No one asked for a side of attitude with their chicken, especially at 930am first thing in the morning.

The worst Bojangles I have ever visited. I used to live in Charlotte and I used to love how good it was. Here the food tasted old... They still had a few hours until they closed on top of that.

When I asked for a "bucket" of chicken, the employee promptly and rudely corrected me. He said, "we don't sell buckets of chicken!" And then he got quiet. I was so confused... I knew they sold family sized meals. I just used an improper descriptive term. He knew what I meant. So I chuckled and made the correction after reading the menu. We get to the windiw and He walks away. Another employee walks over and says they don't have drumsticks. (Although, that was my initial order when I first arrived). But it was fine. So I say to the 3rd employee, who is there to take my money, that I didn't mean to call it a bucket of chicken, and she agreed [in tone] with her co-worker, saying, "yeah, that's KFC, I think". Well, I don't ever eat there. It was a legitimate mistake. Wow. Anyway... we get the chicken. Why is it old in appearance and cold? I could not believe it. I attempted to eat it anyway, but it was indeed old. You could taste the old grease it was cooked in.
