My order was very unpleasant. Today is Dec 14 and I decided to get food. My hash browns was soggy/my blueberry biscuit was hard and cold. And my chicken sandwich bread was very hard then I seen someone eating while making my food. So unprofessional

This used to be my favorite Bojangles in Gaffney.. but now it’s become just as bad as the other one. The quality of service & food has gone downhill. Look at that biscuit, that’s what it looked like as soon as we got it home. It was half wrapped, thrown in the bag. How is that acceptable?

Darla was the best Service was amazing and the food was awesome!!!
Great experience. Went early. The chicken was most hit with some honey. The biscuit was a bit dry; hit it with the honey problem was fixed. Iced tea. Delicious 😋

My wife and I went to get food here today in the drive thru. I got a biscuit and she got the number 12. Mine was right but my wife didn't get her chicken. It's a chicken fast food place and y'all forgot the most important thing. Highly disappointed. Everyone said this Bojangles was bad and I should've listened. Won't be back ever.
