If the people at the drive thru can’t remember to give you ketchup they shouldn’t be at the drive thru I see this all over Gaffney all the employees standing around talking to each other

I just went to the Gaffney, Burger King, and ordered a triple whopper with just cheese, and then my wife informs me that mayonnaise was on my sandwich. As I am getting to go to work I throw up my whole meal. I spent 53.96 just to get four burgers one with mayo and just lettuce and one with no tomato, one regular and one just cheese. I am allergic to mayonnaise, and immediately vomit. Before we had received our food we were asked to pull around and we waited almost 10 to 20 minute.s I drove around the store to wait for my food to be wrong and with a staff of 3 or 4 people to cook my food wrong ad cause me to get sick. Not only that but have to stand and wait for someone to come to the door in the rain. I had called prior to coming up there and they asked me to drive to the drive thru. Spoke with Devon or Devin Garcia who requested a photo of a burger who my wife scraped the mayo and cheese put on my burger and consumed, and he stated the cook did not put mayonnaise on the triple whopper and stated he cooked it and checked. I would like for the Burger King company to check the camera footage and as well a refund for spending 53 dollars and some change. If not I will definitely be reaching out to my lawyer for food poisoning. I know there are cameras to see how the food was made, and I wouldn’t lie about my food. I tried to drown in ketchup due to the lack of care and preparation of our food. Sorry I didn’t have a picture of my vomit for Devon, please pray for the lightheadedness, vomiting, and migraine. Don’t worry I ll get that.

This burger King is independently owned. I prefer this one over the other one on the other side of town. They are fast and friendly.

Did not receive what I ordered. Completely understaffed waste of my time waste of my money no resolution upon complaint…. Don’t do it.

Waited in line for over 20min...not to move at all in the line other then people leaving.....eventually I left without food. Yes it was lunch time no they were not busy. Do yourself a favor...DONT GO.

Not sure if they were understaffed or not. Went through the drive through and it took every bit of 20 to 30 minutes and they were not very busy.

The blonde hair lady that was in the back was very rude to everybody. I understand that she had to cook more biscuits but she acted like it was going to kill her to do it. She was even hateful to the manager that was on duty. If Mrs. Shirley was still there that would not have happened. So I got my money back and left.

We we're having trouble with our card & the guy at the window was rude & incredibly unhelpful, we had another card & he acted like he completely did not want to take it, then he asked us to pull around again, we get to the intercom sit there for 10 minutes & no one says anything we pull back up the the window & the new lady now in drive tells us we have to once again pull back around bc we have to order at the intercom! They we're rude & acted as if they completely did not want to serve us, won't be going back to that burger king again!
