Service wasn't terribly good here, as it was hard to hear on the speaker and the lady taking orders was rude when I didnt hear her tell me to come around. Online ordering remains a challenge for Burger King employees most places.

Ordered fries, got told they have no fries and wouldnt be refunded through the mobile app. The only other option they offered were onion rings and we definitely didn't want those. Asked if we could get anything else, was told no. So no fries. Had to accept onion rings neither of us wanted. Also, was told to pull around and wait after going through the drive thru, while no one was in it. This has been an issue a lot, everytime we come. After we got our food our son had fries but we didn't.

We stopped in for a quick Impossible Burger before meeting up with friends for the weekend. To my knowledge, this location is counter service only—no drive-thru. There was only one person taking orders, and it was hard to tell whether the employees were joking around or arguing behind the counter.
There was a bit of a wait for our food, and the line to order was fairly long. That said, the food was good once it arrived—just don’t expect to be in and out quickly

My mom and I stopped here while out running errands just to grab a cold slushie on a very hot day. I have to say this was the cleanest restaurant I have been to ever. Everyone was up cleaning different areas. There was smiles and great customer service. I'm taking time to mod this review because this isn't always how it is at fast food restaurants. I think when you do see excellence like I saw today it's worth commenting on and sharing with others. As someone who use to work in food service I was super impressed!

They totally screwed up our order in drive through. This was even after the kid, propped open a security door to bring out the food, which is a huge safety hazard. They got at least 4 orders wrong when I was there. I had to walk up to the drive through window to address the issue because the lobby was already closed by 10:30 pm.

My favorite fast food burger is here at Burger King! I'm not comparing them to Shake Shack or Smashburger or Five guys. But the king definitely tastes better than McD's or Wendy's.

I ordered a 6 dollar burger 🍔 it looked like a 3 dollar burger real small I'll not eat there again I'll go to the fish camp 221 across the bridge on Lake bowen for $15 more 2 Seafood Platers $35 and some change so I get full don't think you going to Hardee's getting full the burgers isn't the way they use to be Arby's Half lb roast beef is worth the $$ Hardee's isn't anymore I use to love Hardee's over everything until they start selling what you ordered I'll not be back.
The service is quick and the order is always right. I like to get the Whopper with cheese, no lettuce. It's the only sandwich I can actually eat all of, and that's pretty rare with me being a picky eater!

Pulled up at 9:40ish pm, nobody else in the drive thru or in the actual restaurant. Order two burgers and two fries for $21 bucks. Get back to the hotel and only one burger... If negative stars were a thing
