It’s rare to find a chipotle that actually gives solid portions. I stopped going to chipotle for the most part, unless traveling and there’s no other options.

This isn't the first time this has happened. I ordered a burrito bowl and the meat was cold and over cooked. I will say the chips and queso were great but this doesn't make up for the disconnect between the restaurant and it's accountability between itself and it's employees.

I had a lovely time. Everyone was super nice. Again I just can't say how nice everyone was and great my experience was. They were out of a couple things but it wasn't a big deal because of the service.

Food is always dry, servers make sure to give u bare minimum amount of serving size! Always out of items every time I have been there.

Employees rushed the food and left my burrito improperly wrapped
Place bot as clean as it should be...especially condiment bar. Uncovered Forks laying on counter top and floor. Please provide forks and knives with plastic wrapping for better hygiene. 🙏

I see a lot of people complaining about the staff and how they joke around and such. They are teenagers. I’ll rather have a teenager who jokes and laughs than a depressed adult make my food. These kids work hard and I never have an issue when I order. People need to realize that eating out is a privilege not a right and to stop taking things for granted. Chipotle of gaffney. Keep up the outstanding work and know your work does not go unnoticed!!
