Went last night around 10 something an got the double burger tray for me an my man an the burgers was not cooked all the way an it was super salty, the fries was stale, the burger buns looked like they got beat up an was soggy, an the food is usually good when we go but not this time it was absolutely horrible... like yall needa do better frfr there aint no sense in uncooked hamburgers. Hots an corn dogs sucked too this time smh.

Took over 30 mins for my order to be completed. The staff prioritized multiple large families over my one order, and refused to refund me after I asked for it.

The girl had a bad attitude I ordered a tray with double cheese bites they say they didn't hear tray so they charged me individually.when I mentioned it she got an attitude. They wouldn't tell me her name but she's a third shift worker and their wasn't no one in line. So my advice stay away

The food wasn't what I ordered. The quantity was correct but they left off the Cajun seasoning and gave us a BBQ sandwich instead of BBQ. The fries were undercooked. The teenagers were so distracted laughing and playing that they only placed 2 cheese bites in my order. When they gave us our food, they wouldn't even look at us, just shoved the bag out of the window. Normally I wouldn't leave a review like this but it's been a normal occurrence. Don't recommend to be honest unless you just want a cheap meal.
First of all I live in Cowpens I bought two barbecue sandwiches. I requested no slaw and no hot sauce, but add pickles and onions. The buns were both soggy and tearing apart. Both of my sandwiches were full of slaw and hot sauce. My onion rings were cold and limp. I will not be ordering food from them again. Seems like the shakes are the only thing that they’re good at

Service was awful. The girl at the window sounded like she didn't even want to be there. When she handed me my bag she wasn't even paying attention or looking to see if I grabbed it. I ordered a double burger tray... the patties weren't even regular sized patties. I had to lay them beside each other just to cover the bun. The fries were old and cold and the onion rings were mushy. Don't think ill be returning to this location.

Staff is worthless. Ordered a cappuccino shake. They handed me a cup of vanilla ice cream, and expected me to drink it through a straw. When I told the cashier the problem, they acted like that's the way it's supposed to be. Typical modern day service... paying a restaurant to disregard your order. You're just supposed to take what they give you and go away.
Maybe if I could suck as hard as the staff does, it wouldn't be problem.

Nice large, clean lobby. The cashier was extremely friendly. Lukewarm fries, hushpuppies a bit gummy, so not cooked fully. Okra is very hot. I will ask for extra crispy next time. Chicken breast didn't cover the entire bread but warm and tasty. Self-service drinks need to have unsweetened tea because the sweet tea is way too sugary.
