Who ever the lady manager is needs to find another job. She's rude and disrespectful. I went yesterday to get pizza she was throwing stuff and cussing because something was going wrong. I started to walk out but I had all ready paid. I feel sorry for the employees there that have to work around her.

I always get the chicken Alfredo bread bowl and I've never had an issue with my chicken on the side. But today the manager was being very rude to my husband about the request. I don't try to get extra I know it comes in portions. All they have to do is put it in a pan to cook it. But no the manager today wasn't having it and screaming at the employees and was also taking it out on my husband like it was his fault because they been doing it that way. I like my chicken cooked well done and I know it gets some what browner. This manager really needs to be addressed by corporate with that kind of attitude. By the way it was a female manager. It's just the attitude she had that got to me other than that things would've been fine. Whomever she is doesn't need to work with the public or be a manager with that type of attitude. I worked in restaurant service 20 years. And their is no reason to even had acted the way she did even cussing at her employee telling him when he asked what's the problem it was none of his damn business. And was screaming at my husband saying give me names I'll fire them right now on the spot!! He doesn't know anyone who works there. She definitely seems to have mental issues.

I placed an order for delivery from the website at around 9:30pm. I added a 25% tip because it was Friday night and the Domino staff would be busy. The tracker showed an estimated delivery time of 10:05. My wife always stands on the road in front of our house and waits for the driver. Tonight, my wife stood on the side of the road a little before the estimated time and waited. It was Friday, so she wanted to reduce the burden on the driver. I was holding my dog ​​and standing at front door to watching my wife safe. It was 10:15pm and still hadn't arrived, so I checked the tracker and it said it had been delivered. We thought maybe a driver delivered wrong address. When my wife called the store. A woman was told, "The driver is on the way now and will arrive soon." We stood in front of the house and waited. It was past 10:45pm and still hadn't arrived. We had no choice but to write a review on the website saying, "It's taking so long. It says it's been delivered, but it hasn't arrived yet. I want a refund." and sent it. After sending it, my wife called the store again, but it was difficult to get through. Thinking that they were busy, we gave up on the phone. But store called back us immediately. A woman said they read our review. However, as soon as we answered the phone, this woman became excited and continued to explain her case in a sharp tone. When my wife and I asked her to "listen to what we have to say," she firmly said, "I don't want to argue!" So we must continued to listen to her in silence. When she finished speaking, she said "OKAY?!" and hung up the phone quickly so that we wouldn't have to say anything. We were just surprised and disappointed. We are repeat customers who have ordered many times. Almost every time, we stand in front of our house to reduce the burden on the delivery driver, and we try to add a larger tip. We called store again for only we would like to know our pizza will coming or not?. The same woman answered the phone. This time, we were able to tell her that the driver had not arrived yet and the pizza had not been delivered. However, she say nothing to us, just sound like she talking with someone in the store, and she return back to phone said in a commanding tone, "The driver has already delivered it! I knocked on the door but no one answered, I called but there was no response, so I left it on the porch! No refund! If you have a problem, call this number after 10am tomorrow and talk to the manager!" We told her this time, clearly, "That's strange. We stood on the road and on the porch and waited for almost an hour. And there is no record of the incoming call on my phone." Then she hung up without saying anything. We are the customers. We have no right to be commanded. We are not obligated to call tomorrow morning. We emailed the customer service of the website about this matter. And since it was treated so badly, we decided to write a review here. More than 30 years and have ordered Domino's many times in various places. But that will be the end.
I've been ordering from Domino's for over 30 years without ever having a bad experience, but the aggressive woman who answered the phone today is the worst personality I've ever met in my life. Do you hate customer service jobs? Do you think you are right to aggressive remarks to customers? Why do you work there? You will definitely reduce the number of customers.

Terrible service. I drove 800 miles, and upon arriving in Gaffney, my family was hungry, so I tried to order from Domino's. When I finally got someone to answer the phone, the person said exactly word for word " we're not accepting orders over the phone anymore tonight, place your order online" and then immediately hung up. The person had a rude tone of voice, and that was a complete lack of customer service. If you don't like your job find a different one. I'm sure team Carolina's office would be happy to hear about this incident. I have the number. Absolutely rude. I will never order from there again.

Ordered my pizza and a drink and only received the pizza. When I called the employee told me that I would need to wait an hour to get my drink after I’ve already received my pizza. Then to find out I can only get a credit for your store. You should be accommodating and make YOUR MISTAKE a priority, literally so annoying.

It’s terrible that there are staff members that feel it is ok to reprimand customers due to their own lack of respect. Ordered online and while I was driving to the store they tried to call twice. I didn’t answer because I didn’t hear the phone ring. However, they were out of an item and apparently that’s my fault. Upon arrival, a lovely staff member named Ivy decided to reprimand because she called me 4 times as she rudely stated and then told me the answer is I’d receive a credit for the item not included. So after her wonderful display of how an employee should treat customers, I decided it was best to cancel the order and not contribute to her further employment.
