Dear Fatz manager/franchise owner this is by far the Worst food I have ever eaten. Broccoli casserole tasted like it was years old. Beans were cold, out of pasta “really?” Is there now a pasta shortage? ? my daughter’s chicken was the size of a chicken strip. We were the only people in the restaurant for like 15 minutes (first sign) systems went down, didn’t bother telling anyone until they came back up 15 minutes later. This place need to close down. It is Ridiculous that we have to sit here and wait for them to put other checks in and her to take orders to get our bill, again waiting for the “system” to come back up. Absolutely disappointed in this company at this location.
One of my favorite places to eat. I wish there were more of them. The broccoli cheese casserole is excellent. Portion sizes are outstanding and the prices are reasonable.
I'd never visited a Fatz, and I found what I like here. A variety of great options are available including grilled lemon-pepper white fish and tender sirloins. I highly recommend the broccoli casserole. Better than the food was the graciousness of our server and the attentiveness and good humor of the manager who was very personable and engaging. The long-time highway construction in I-85 seems to have discouraged business traffic; nevertheless, stopping by here along your way is worth your time and money.
Perfect steak, every time. Great dessert selection and the fries are amazing
I see why they call them "World Famous" Chicken tenders, they were crunchy and delicious! Our waitress was like an old friend, that's how good she was. We thought it was extra nice that the cook came over to speak to us. They had some very good sweet tea also. Overall we had a great time and the meal was a plus.
Overall good service and good food. If you come here after visiting the outlets you can show your receipt and get 20% off your purchase. The other perk is becoming a Fatz member and getting 5$ off your 25$ purchase. Unfortunately you can’t stack the deals. I got the Endless rib plate and for my sides. I got the onion rings and the baked potato. the ribs were good. I suggest the dry rub and getting the sauce on the side the onion rings were also good, but the baked potato I could’ve done without.
Great food & service as always. Our server Coty did an excellent job, very quick, efficient considering she had twice the work to do. The only problem was the kitchen being slow and fixing and or getting orders incorrect.
Close the whole place down….. service & food was terrible….. I mean Never again??♀️??♀️
My friends were there to eat. Went out of there to stop by your establishment and had the worst service ever. Her daughter's steak looked like mince meat they ordered rolls never got them your bathroom smelled like sewer. It was brought to the waiters attention and the excuse they got back was, it's because of shift change is the reason all this happened. Wanted to talk to a manager or supervisor and that never happened either. I think y'all need to change things before you lose more business.
The Chicken Strips (Calabash)are Crazy Good. The club was good but too much bread. Great Rolls and Cinnamon butter! The staff here is very Friendly and accommodating. It's a nice size place, not crowded at 3 pm on a Thursday. I've seen Fatz packed many times as I drove by on I-85, but this is my 1st time actually eating here. Great spot, very clean. I'll be back!

Popcorn shrimp and calabash fish are typical. Sweet potato was extremely disappointing, small, burnt, sour flavor. Rolls and butter are delicious!
Great experience, good food. Ashley was a great server, and BB over the kitchen came out and made sure we were satisfied. Would definitely eat here again!
First time visiting this Franchise and we were delighted by our Waitress Kaitlyn’s Service and the flavors of the food. The Country Fried Chicken breast with gravy was perfectly cooked, the Rice Pilaf had a wonderful Herb flavor, but the red skin mashed potatoes were surprisingly sweet. Their complimentary Fried Dough Rolls, with Cinnamon Butter were superb.
Food is good, portions are big, nice spot. I just can't say enough about the bartender, Sunshine. Honestly she made my whole experience for me. It was a slow lunch, and she was so nice. She recommended my lunch, and chatted me up. Great service, but a better person.
What was supposed to be baby back ribs looked like spare ribs were horrible. I mean hard dried out left over from day or days before. And I NEVER complain about food. Awful. No wonder it was almost empty at 1230pm on a Saturday. ?yuck
