Dear Fatz manager/franchise owner this is by far the Worst food I have ever eaten. Broccoli casserole tasted like it was years old. Beans were cold, out of pasta “really?” Is there now a pasta shortage? ? my daughter’s chicken was the size of a chicken strip. We were the only people in the restaurant for like 15 minutes (first sign) systems went down, didn’t bother telling anyone until they came back up 15 minutes later. This place need to close down. It is Ridiculous that we have to sit here and wait for them to put other checks in and her to take orders to get our bill, again waiting for the “system” to come back up. Absolutely disappointed in this company at this location.

One of my favorite places to eat. I wish there were more of them. The broccoli cheese casserole is excellent. Portion sizes are outstanding and the prices are reasonable.

I'd never visited a Fatz, and I found what I like here. A variety of great options are available including grilled lemon-pepper white fish and tender sirloins. I highly recommend the broccoli casserole. Better than the food was the graciousness of our server and the attentiveness and good humor of the manager who was very personable and engaging. The long-time highway construction in I-85 seems to have discouraged business traffic; nevertheless, stopping by here along your way is worth your time and money.

Visited for lunch. They actually had a sign posted stating they were short staffed and 'if you are not patient go somewhere else'. Had to find someone to seat us. Restaurant almost empty. We ordered salads thinking that would be easy enough for them to handle. Still took quite a while. Salads had half the toppings missing. No bacon, no tomatoes etc. basically just lettuce with chicken on top for $13 dollars each. Won't be returning.

I see why they call them "World Famous" Chicken tenders, they were crunchy and delicious! Our waitress was like an old friend, that's how good she was. We thought it was extra nice that the cook came over to speak to us. They had some very good sweet tea also. Overall we had a great time and the meal was a plus.

The other perk is becoming a Fatz member and getting 5$ off your 25$ purchase. Unfortunately you can’t stack the deals. I got the Endless rib plate and for my sides. I got the onion rings and the baked potato. the ribs were good. I suggest the dry rub and getting the sauce on the side the onion rings were also good, but the baked potato I could’ve done without.

Great food & service as always. Our server Coty did an excellent job,very quick,efficient considering she had twice the work to do. The only problem was the kitchen being slow and fixing and or getting orders incorrect.

Awful experience. Empty restaurant and it took them ten minutes to seat us. They had no tater tots, no onion rings, no tomato, and no cucumbers. We didn't receive our food until we had been there over an hour. Popcorn shrimp and fried fish tasted like oil.
The meal I got was SO GOOD. I got a salad with the grilled chicken they are famous for. I got a side sweet potato and it was delicious. Maybe it was just because I was super hungry, but I loved the food. It was suuuuper cold where we were sitting, so I would recommend to bring a jacket just in case!

I had the most amazing experience and just wanted to thank the Fatz team! Sadly, I was in the area after a nightmare travel experience. I hadn't eaten in 2 days. I ordered food from another restaurant and 3 hours later and multiple calls, I found out that the other restaurant had no interest in delivering it. Starving, I ordered from Fatz thinking they delivered. It turns out they don't. Long story short, after my near breakdown on the phone, the nicest thing ever happened and the Fatz team offered to bring it to me!! I think I tipped double the cost of the entire meal simply because this kind gesture was so appreciated. Thank you for being so gracious to this random lady from PA

Just at at Fatz in Gaffney for the first time in years based off of a review from my son from a few weeks ago. They apparently got rid of a bad manager a few months ago and have a new kitchen manager as well. Our waitress was great and offered sides not on the menu and gave us advice on how to order our meals so they were keto friendly. The food was full of flavor without the sauces and cooked perfectly. The steamed broccoli was not over cooked was seasoned perfectly. The pork chops were large and flavorful and did not need any gravy to make them tasty. Being on a keto diet has made me not look forward to meals lately but that was not the case at Fatz. I look forward to my next meal here and can't wait to try different things.
