I went for the first time a couple days ago. I got a loaded tea. I wish the menu described the flavors better. I told them I needed something not very citrusy because I have acid reflux. She suggested black pearl. I have no idea what flavor it was but it was delicious. I'm going back today.

Our Reality
I was excited to try this place because it’s really our only smoothie option in Gaffney. I was on the phone when I walked in and purposely stood to the side to wrap up my conversation as I browsed the menu. An employee came over to me and asked what I was getting. I said “I have no idea yet”. They then go on to explain the menu—I appreciated that! Instead of walking away to let me finish my conversation and continue to look at the menu, they asked again “so you know what you’re getting?” I still had no idea because I was still on the phone. They stood there continuously asking me questions about my preferences and again, that’s great customer service but I was clearly having a conversation so it felt like I was being bombarded and rushed. They continued talking about the menu and I looked around the store...I was immediately turned off because I realized NONE of the employees were wearing a mask or social distancing! I thought, hmm.. are these the people who will be making my smoothie? Even if they weren’t they’d still be spreading their aerosols in it because I also noticed some of the cups had open tops. It also didn’t help that other customers were coming in and out of the store MASKLESS because they don’t require one to enter. If we weren’t in a pandemic I wouldn’t care but I was truly disturbed. Even McDonalds requires masks. This is truly something I hope management considers.

It is a tiny bit pricey but well worth it.If you check in online you get a dollar offWhich is helpful if you like to leave a tip. It's not far off of Highway 85 so if you're only passing through and coulduse for a little RefresherThis is the perfect little place to stop
