First time in, and the staff was very accommodating! They immediately took our order and came back to chat and check up on us. It felt like a home or family environment than your average restaurant.
Don't get me started on the food! I love Flounder, and their fish was fried to crispy perfection. My friend got the all you can eat pintos be a it's Wednesday. I will definitely be back again to try more of the menu.

drove over 3 hours to get there. Best thing was how polite the waitresses were! the chili burger had no real taste. manwich would be better. fries were not greasy but onion rings were. tea was the best. I do not recommend going here at all.

Great chili burgers
After years of anticipation, I finally made the trip to Harold’s Restaurant in Gaffney, South Carolina—a place I first discovered on an early episode of Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives . The moment I walked in, the nostalgic charm and no-frills atmosphere immediately set the stage for a memorable meal. I ordered their famous chili burger, which, true to its reputation, featured a savory chili sauce generously ladled over a soft bun. The chili, enriched with tender meatballs, offered a unique twist that elevated the dish beyond the typical hot dog chili.
The combination of flavors was so compelling that I couldn't resist taking some chili home. Harold’s has mastered the art of comfort food, delivering hearty portions and bold flavors that leave a lasting impression. For anyone seeking a classic Southern dining experience with a touch of culinary creativity, Harold’s is well worth the visit.
Tried a few different things...everything we has was delicious. .hot dogs were great....chili burger and bowl of chili..everything delicious. Fries on point also
