Below par customer service as well as food. I ordered the 8 piece chicken with 2 sides. A couple pieces of the chicken were so small they should not have been counted in the 8 piece. The chicken was very greasy. Also the mashed potatoes were thinner than usual. Certainly not worth the $32.44 I paid.

The drive-through was straightforward. The original chicken was nice. Unfortunately, they tried to give me diet Pepsi the color of watered-down tea. The machine was down, which was obvious before I took a sip. They did not have Splenda. The biscuits were not completely cooked. The slaw, macaroni, gravy, and smashed potatoes were standard. An 8 piece meal for $41.00 is a bit stiff when the quality is off. To be fair, we are dealing with severe inflation. The modern KFC can't compete with the quality and cost of the 90s/early 2000s.

We was told it’s going to be a 15 minute wait for any chicken mind you there was no customers there at all. Then was told oh no we got chicken. When we was asked if we wanted original or extra crispy we asked for extra crispy,,, bam we was hit with a 30 minute wait. I’ve worked fryers,,,, I have never seen a 30 minute wait even on a busy day nonetheless a slow one. The lady running the drive through was nice tho. We get home… the chicken was shriveled up. Not the first time having a not so good experience. Way over priced for not KFC deliverance.

5/21/2024 We went to KFC in gaffney sc. It was so bad my wife was eating hair long hair, and the Manger was so rude she said I will give you $11 back I said I paid $25,she acked like it was OK to serve food with hair in it so I called her boss and texted them of course you know no response. So stay a way from KFC in gaffney unless you like eating hair. I'm done with them

I just left there and I had hair cook in my chicken and the Manger was so rude. She never apologized to use she ack like it was OK to eat food with hair in it she said she could refund some money back but not all of it so if you don't want hair in your food stay away from KFC in Gaffney sc and like I said the Manger very very rude. They never has to worry about me again.
