Everyone is friendly in this Krystal's! I drove 20 miles out of my way because I was hungry for Krystal's! I dined and then dashed with a sack of 12! Gotta bring some home for the family!

Stopped on the way home from Greenville and it was great. Fries were awesome and burgers delicious. They were soft and not dry. Hopefully I will have chance to try hot dogs next time.

How would i know how the food was? I did t even get to taste it. I order online at 830 840 ish pm because their hours said they dont close till 10! We drove all the way across gaffney to get the food for a stupid sign to say they closed early because they dont have the staff and I done paid for the meal too! I have contacted them online through their website for a refund and I will be calling this morning too! Your online ordering system should be down if you're closed because now I have to go through this inconvenience of getting a refund! This was my 1st and my very last time here! Nice job on first impressions!

Close due to lack of staffing. Four years later , and they still can't get staff. Came hungry. Left hungry and disappointed.
They are looking for help. Only 2 people working and waited 20mins for my order. I understand there was only 1 petson in the kitchen and there were 4 orders ahead of mine.

They really need help. Krystal only had 2 people working and 1 was in training but they did their best and they had great attitude but I could see that they were stressed so when you go visit don't be angry and mean to them, get mad at Krystal corporate for not hiring more people to help the crew.
