Today I placed an online order at 7:22 to get pizza for the kids which was supposed to be ready by 7:42. I was sitting in the parking lot at 7:39 waiting for it to say it was ready. My order was not placed in the pizza portal until 8:03 and it wasn't even hot when I got it out. This is absolutely ridiculous. Did they box my pizza up and leave it sitting on the counter for 20 minutes while I was sitting outside waiting? This is unacceptable. I could understand if they were busy but they weren't. When I arrived the entire pizza portal was empty with maybe 2 people inside. I always order my pizza from this store and today is by far the absolute worst experience and service I have gotten from this store. I'll consider ordering papa John's or domino's next time.

The past 2 times I have ordered online my pizza is nvr ready.. I ordered for a pick up at 7pm got there and said my pretzel pizza would be another 5 min. Then at 7:22 they said it was messed up so they gave me 2 cheese pizza.. not happy at all

Worst service ever. Ordered on the app. They don’t update the app and they don’t use the pickup portal. 45 min later I went in and order wasn’t even started.
Terrible. Cancelled order, received refund.

The recent order was found to be incomplete, and the pizza toppings were unevenly distributed. As a former employee, I had anticipated a higher standard of quality. The current product does not align with my previous experience with the company.

Service is terrible. Im guessing it’s the manager (older man) walked away from the counter when I was about to ask him about the portal since I hadn’t received a code. Not sure what his problem is but the younger people I have encountered have always had a more pleasant attitude than him.

They didnt have any fresh pizza...i said I will wait..they said 10 mins..waited 25 ..then they gave me the same stale pizza.. what the heck..why did i wait ..they close at 10.30 it was only 9.30..they locked the front door!!

I ordered 13 pizzas and 3 crazy breads. Everything was done in a timely manner. The food was great. The biggest thing for me will always be how the staff of the restaurant carries themselves! Wonderful staff! They were packed with folk waiting on pizza. Not once did I see anyone step out of turn. Extremely nice!

Order placed Monday morning for 1045 pickup. Arrived at 10:44. 15 minutes later still waiting on the order. Horrible service. Better pizza places in town for sure.
