There drive has rude staff that don’t listen. The day shift manager on 5/18 needs some lessons in being a manager.

This is got to be the worst location I have ever been to sit in line for 30 minutes to get an iced mocha was the worst taste and coffee I’ve ever had. It was so bitter one that I had to throw it away. This is not the first time this location has failed by expectation Is there not a recipe for consistency to make beverages and it doesn’t matter what time they or I you’re going to be sitting in their drive-through for a minimum of 30 minutes for the simplest quarters the people on the drive-through speaker. I understand this may not be their ideal job but the least they could be a little bit friendly

Crappy service and bad management I couldn’t get my card unlocked so I asked them if I could drive around and walk in I walked in and they had thrown my food out or sold it to someone else and then wouldn’t serve me the burrito that I ordered because they were sold out and the team were fussing when I walked in

By far worse McDonald's I've ever been in. Bathrooms out of order, tried and failed to use self serve kiosk because deal of the day didn't calculate. Waited at counter to order with 8 other people until I heard manager in back tell someone don't take anymore orders at the counter. Let them (customers) order at kiosk. Drive through line at gridlock. Finally gave up and went to Taco Bell. Great choice.

Received the wrong order after waiting for 30 minutes, they no longer sell half or whole gallons of sweet tea, and the automated kiosk in the lobby will not allow you to select a large sweet tea for your meal only small. This location has been going downhill for years under so-called new managers and they suck even worse than before.

Normally don't have a problem with this location. Ordered a big Mac which everyone knows comes with 2 patties. It only had 1 and it took forever to get my food

Not sure what is going on. 10 cars ahead of me. The doors are locked so you can't walk in. Maybe ...no one showed up for work ?

Staff is not professional. A lot of horse play.while customers wait, especially in drive thru at the first window.Management needs to take control.

This one is for you Sig! He really knows how to help his customers! He is the district supervisor and when I came across an issue with a transaction, he was amazing and helped straighten out a mistake right away! On top of that he trains his employees very well and they are so kind and helpful. I will continue to drive across town to this McDonald’s! Thank you so much for everything you do!

Sometimes the food is hot and ready and tastes amazing. Then sometimes it's cold and they forget items. I can say this McDonald's is better than the other one in Gaffney.
