Osaka Sushi & Steakhouse, Gaffney

Our service was mediocre, although we did come later after the main rush of the night. All employees hanging at the bar, cussing and carrying on. The food was sub par. It’s no better than a fast food Japanese place. We ordered the Filet and the meat cut was definitely Ny stripe. Which is my least favorite cut of meat! The rice and veggies were very much so not worth the $$$$. We shared a plate and ordered one sushi roll and paid $60. We will never be back! We will definitely keep driving to Greenville for Fusion! R

(A little biased because it the inly sushi place in gaffney) I've been there probably 40-50 times since it opened and I never had any complaints aside from service, obviously when they first opened the service was slow and staff was few, but now the service is pretty average but the food and atmosphere make up for it

My husband and I ordered takeout from here. Two plates were $70. The portion they gave was absolutely NOT worth $30 a plate. The food was good but I would rather go to fuji or somewhere else and get the same size portion for $12.

First time going there I had to wait 15 mins after my order ready time. The restaurant was empty. Second time I went there me and my gf got food poisoning.

What a great experience. The hibachi chef was great the food was really good as well from the hibachi side of it. I also ordered a sushi dinner and it was just okay. Overall the experience was great, me personally, I would stick with the hibachi menu. We had everything from steak, chicken, salmon, and shrimp.

I really like the atmosphere and the food. I usually get the fried rice with shrimp,steak and chicken. I also get the California roll to share with the table. The prices are fair plus we take home leftovers for a 2nd meal. They give you plenty.

They overbooked our party. I was sitting wrapped around to the next hibachi grill. We asked for the next party, so that we could actually enjoy the show and meal. Waited 25 minutes for the next party, which was fine. The waitress got our order wrong, so the cook ended up having to get more food brought out. Ended up with a $120 bill for four, but the chef barely gave out any chicken. When it was over with, we maybe ended up with $50 worth of food. Not worth your time nor your bank account.

I have driven by this place multiple times and always wanted to stop..but I was skeptical..until I seen my cousin was here for her birthday and I asked was the food good and she said yesss..so I was in the area one day and decided to stop in..they did not disappoint..the food was very good and the staff was amazing

I had a great time with my family. Perfect atmosphere to celebrate with the family. Chef DGU is super cheerful and fun.

Eh...left ALOT to be desired. The chef made the rice first, then the meat, then veggies, and I wasn't use to that order anywhere when it came to hibachi. Didn't like the yum yum sauce but the ginger and teriyaki was delicious. The salad was good. Soup came out room temp so I didn't care for that either. Prices were good. I just wasn't impressed with my entire experience.
