My steak was a little spicy, but not horrible. If you dont like spicy, make sure you tell them.

No bread, then we were told ,we're out of silverware. Then my wife's tea glass was empty, still no silverware, then we had zero plates to discard bones from wings, still no knife for bread. Food comes and with manager standing there, they still hadn't brought ketchup, then my daughter had hair in her food. The manager was a really young professional guy that took a hundred dollars off our bill. This is not the only issues either. There was more, a lot more. It was 💯 percent a personnel issue. Taylor needs to be seeking a new job. Just from the conversations we were having, it cost outback thousands of dollars Saturday night. This was more than unexpectable. The service was horrendous. Thank God for the manager on duty

I ordered a cup of potato soup and it was cold. I ordered a 6oz sirloin and it had a lot of salt and pepper. The server was slow and never removed any plate from the table. My husband order sparkling water and they gave him regular water. When we walk through the restaurant to leave the place, there were 4 employees at the house table talking to each other and none of them said thank you for coming or even bye.

This was such a poor experience that we ended up walking out (with permission) without paying for our drinks. Before arriving, we called ahead and made an 8 p.m. reservation. When we arrived, the hostess was on her personal cell phone, speaking on speaker about something clearly unrelated to work. When we approached, she rolled her eyes and hung up before addressing us. I explained that we had a reservation, but without asking for my name, phone number, or even the reservation time, she simply led us straight to a table. Normally, that wouldn’t have been an issue, but knowing what I know now, makes the action seem careless. Once seated, our server was polite, but it was hard not to notice that he was much friendlier and more attentive with larger parties around us. Still, I do appreciate that he was understanding when we decided to leave. We started by ordering a Bloomin’ Onion, only to watch two tables seated *after* us receive theirs while we were later told by another staff member (in a panthers jersey, no less) that they were out and had substituted it with a cheaper appetizer. That explanation didn’t add up, considering others around us were still being served bloomin’ onions. We had only ordered drinks at that point. I ordered a Sharky Temple, which was supposed to come with a small plastic shark. Instead, it arrived already filled with syrup, the entire glass covered in red sticky syrup, with no straws and no napkins to clean sticky mess. My friend ordered a Dr. Pepper, which came in a dirty glass containing lemon pulp, despite being a plain soda. It was unsanitary and frankly unacceptable.
Overall, the service was careless, the explanations didn’t make sense, and the basic standards of cleanliness and hospitality were not met.
