My experience at Outback Steakhouse was better than outstanding! I got the grilled chicken with asparagus and a sweet potato and it was delicious. The server assistant Mattee was amazing and very polite! Our server Andee was very sweet and truly the best server I’ve ever had. Definitely recommend and definitely coming back!

We had two birthday customers for a total of four. We had a few complaints about the menu and a few about the time it took to be served. However, we were treated kindly and professionally by the manager David and were very pleased with our experience! Our server, Jada, was very cordial and very attentive to every request. Our birthday girls had a lovely experience and we are thankful for such a great staff! We will define be going back in the near future!

We had a birthday celebration and our family met 1/2 which ended us at Outback in Gaffney. We had a call ahead seating with 9 people. When we arrived we were sat a dirty table that still had an outback appetizer trey on it and the floor was a mess. The males bathroom was out of soap and very dirty (my father inform us after we left). The food was way over cooked steak (sirloin) and potatoes were cold. Our server was fantastic! She was very kind and attentive!

This place has gone down hill I went there and the service was no good food wasn't right and never got the bead my cup never got refilled was good place to go back in 2021 now it going down never will go back there again

Steak was raw, vegetables were cold. Waited an hour to order. Table and floor were dirty. Wait staff tried but too short staffed to make a dent in needed staff. Clearly a management issue.
