I tried to call on an order for over 30 minutes no one answered. So I went to the store to order there was a long line of people waiting to order or pick up when it was my turn, she asked If this was a call in or online order, I told her I tried calling in, but no one would answer the phone and all she said was we’re busy very rudely. Search took my order said come back in 25 minutes. I did through the drive up they asked for my name I gave it to him. The girl told me they haven’t even put my order in the oven yet. It was gonna be another 30 minutes but she was the only nice one that said she would bring it out to our car if we pulled back up front and we did I just think that’s ridiculous. Either they need more help on a Friday night and not be so rude to customers I believe it was a manager. Oh, and they left off ingredients for my from supreme pizza, like the black olives and bell peppers

Mostly extremely satisfied . I had one 3 topping SLIGHTLY burned but I understood it was a busy day. also about june 22nd i was incorrectly told they no longer sell the new yorker, but I got a new yorker today, made perfectly and the nicest woman took the phone order and served me at the window.

We called in a pizza order around 10:15 (they close at 12:00) we were about 8 miles away so we left immediately. When we got there (before 11:00) all the lights were off but we continued to the drive thru. They had our pizza and breadsticks ready so we paid and left. The pizza was hard and the toppings were cold. It was the worst Pizza Hut pizza I've ever had. Bread sticks were fair. Never will I return

We finally decided to try them again because we got some coupons. How do you leave out the main topping for the pizza we ordered? Never again, Pizza Hut...

We just want to give the employees of Pizza Hut of Gaffney And Kelly a big thank you. I had stayed away for a while because customer service and even the waiting to for mobile orders was horrible, but I can see the difference. Because of the economy we really hadn’t really dined anywhere serious thank you!!!

When I pulled up to drive through to get my order the cashier was not that friendly she seemed lost when I place my order I put notes in for my order tonight be burned once getting it home it was burned hard me and my kids cannot eat it my order was almost $30 just wasted $30 for nothing everything ended up going in the trash and we went to Domino's in Gaffney South Carolina instead
