This Pizza Hut lacks consistency there's times when everything is really good from the food to the service and then there's times when it falls way short of the great food and service you would expect from such a big name in pizza.

Had an online order that I placed with the arrival time of 5:45 , I arrived at Pizza Hut at 5:30 fully aware I was early but nobody was in the drive thru waiting so I decided to go ahead and pull up to the window with the expectation I would be waiting for my order , when I got to the window the drive thru window was open and as I waited several staff members walked past it and made eye contact with me but none stopped to ask what they could help me with , I waited 10 minutes before I even had someone come to the window to ask me what I was there for remind you the entire time they were all inside walking around talking and looking at me , get our food home to find out the $38 dollar meal I got was cold and our bread wasn’t even cut.
Went in yesterday, no customers, still had bad service. One guy told us to sit down and the waitress would be with us shortly. It was a good bit before she came out and seemed very interested in taking out order. When we ordered our pizza we didn't see her again until she brought the pizza out, she spilled drink on the table and just left it. She never came back out and when we tried to check out we had to find someone. No one seemed the least bit interested in being there. On the upside the pizza was better than last time. We won't be going back to pizza hut.

This is the second time I've gone there and when I go there. It's at the end of the night because I work. And both times I've gone there. The food sucks. The guy's got a bad attitude now. You tell me, does that look like a large pizza with extra cheese and extra pepperoni for $19.

I ordered the Pepperoni Melt and it was awful. Cheese and Pepperoni was very thin. I will not order again.

Guy at the drive thur was burping while holding a conversation about my order, after I paid him it took an additional 25 minutes on top of the 15 minutes i had already wait before I went to pick it up then my backyard BBQ chicken pizza barley had BBQ sauce on it.

I ordered a pizza with extra cheese. Didn't get it and the pizza was 20 dollars, 2nd time I've come there very disappointed pizza was over cooked( hard)

Had free breadstick reward for birthday, ordered on line. The breadsticks were refrigerator cold when picked up. Do you give inferior product when it is free? If you do then the customer should be told and not expect to get hot fresh product instead old( who knows how many days old)that came from refrigerator.

Love the wings. Some of the best you will eat. The only reason it's 4 and not 5 stars is the price. They are a little high but I guess you get what you pay for.
