Had a Popeyes sandwich at work in Greer south carolina last week and it was delicious. Talked my wife to try while we were on the road today. Went inside so we could have a quick lunch and get back on the road. So disappointed. Place is pathetic. Unclean doesn't even get close to how disgustingly greasy and sticky all surfaces to include the counter.
Cashier was pleasant and quickly placed our order. About 5 minutes later was informed that the chicken filets had to be cooked for our sandwiches. They were telling all customers that they didn't have drinks except tea and lemonade. As well no napkins. I began to notice that the male employees were completing orders for others who came in the restaurant and I also observed cash being handed through the side door of the counter. Happened twice and then I realized that I paid by card. Others were paying with cash. Hmmm.
After 20 minutes my order was filled We didn't eat in the restaurant because it was so dirty. Too bad. Food was bland. Nothing like the sandwich I had before. Pretty sure they didn't season with the Louisiana delicious herbs. Probably out of the Too. Thought that all locations had to use same recipe but not this one. Possibly due to inventory control issues with so much going out the back door.

Terrible. Won’t go there again. No Sweet tea, no red beans and rice, most sodas not working. Chicken took 15-20 minutes. Toilet broken and no hand soap. I guess employees don’t wash hands.

I’m in total disbelief!! Young lady that handed me my order seriously need an attitude adjustment. Then to hand me a half cart of chicken dippers which look like 4 old shredded strips and a tenders. Then she stated just pull up. Young lady if I were your manager. You would be fired on the spot!! I asked for fresh food. Not only did you reheat the new order and gave it to me. I’ve been in the Food Industry over 20 years. Took 3 napkins to get the grease out. There’s no way I would’ve saved a customer that. Would’ve made someone sick. I tried to add the photo. I called and they want answer the phone. Definitely want busy Please Do Better!!! Resropping for is a no no!! Getting people sick

The app states that you can go through the drive thru or come in to pick up your moblie order. The guy at the voice box says I have to come in. I would not have ordered if I had to come inside to get my food, and I probably would not order ever again.

No chicken sandwiches were in stock, the only item they could cook were fingers and once done they tasted like rubber. We were in during dinner time. You would think they would have some food ready.

I had a very long day, and Jarett and his crew was able to turn it around. I felt bad coming in the last 30 minutes to close (especiallybeing i work in food as well), but they still had smiles on their faces and showed me a bit of kindness after a hard day myself. He spoke to me briefly while my food was being prepared and it was nice to have a connection before heading home and feeding the family. Thank you, Jarett, for taking the time, and making me feel like more than just a service metric at a drive thru window.

Popeyes hit it out of the park with service! Our server was kind, helpful, and funny - she really made our experience special with her engaging conversations. However, the bathroom was a letdown - not clean and out of napkins. Still, great food and top-notch service make it worth a visit.

The power went out and I lost my wallet there. I been calling everyday several times a day since Saturday and no one has answered. I live 3 hours away so I don’t want to drive up there for them not to have it. I just wish somebody would pick up the phone.

They seem to always be out of something. Then they don't even want to try and make it right. A drink and dessert something. Customer service isn't at its best. Took about an hour and half for 12 wings to be delivered and they didn't even have bone in wings then they didn't have the sauce. Do better please people.
