i would recommend skipping out on this one. we waited 15+ minutes for our food which I usually don’t care to wait, but they messed up my wife’s order. we went back to get a replacement and when my wife brought the food in and explained what happened the guy there rolled his eyes and had an attitude at her. seriously? go somewhere else where the people at least don’t pitch an attitude at their own mistakes right in front of you

If you must eat here, go through the drive through. Music is not of a place of business. Also, homeless people stay in the dining room taking up multiple tables with their 'stuff' and lay on the sidewalk outside. The ice machine did not have ice.

Again... trash service, trash trash trash!!!! Quick to take money but takes sweet time to serve food. Popeyes needs to restructure their entire hiring process. Yall hire the worst of the worst to represent your company.

Pitiful how slow it is and the restaurant is grungy.

Update post this place is straight trash save your money I have been here on two separate times I ask for chicken tenders I get cold tender burnt chicken. They give you what they want you to have the beans are spoiled. Totally embarrassing. Save your money go to bojangles they chicken not seasoned but at least it will be hot and fresh.

My husband and I were visiting from Georgia. We walked in and the 1st thing we see is a guy sitting on the counter with his pants bagging all down. And the girl that waited on us was very sweet. She asked for help from both of the ones that were working with her multiple times. We could barely hear each other while we were ordering because another guy was listening to very loud music and singing to the top of his lungs in the back by the fryers. He was spraying everything with a hose while he had chicken frying. We waited over 30 minutes for our order to be completed. I'm so glad that the girl fixed our order because she was the ONLY one that washed her hands and put gloves on. There were 3 other people that walked in and left because of how things were going. I should have turned around and walked out. I don't think I will visit this location again.

WE HAVE BEEN HERE FOR 40 MINUTES. people have come in after us, ordered, and gotten their food before us. this place sucks.

I’ve been here for 45 minutes. 2 other people have come in and gotten their food before me. I even checked with staff. I don’t know how much longer this will take.

Terrible experience. They need new management or to just shut down completely and put something there that's worth going to. Had the same experience as Shimere Maddison, but for someone with a leg injury to be forced to walk in is cruel and ridiculous. She absolutely deserves her refund right before someone shuts this popeyes down.

We ordered food @7pm 12/16 from the mobile app and I ordered the $20family meal. What a HORRIBLE experience. First of all the drive through told us that we need to go inside to pick up our food when there was NOBODY in line behind us. They couldn't hand us a bag? Lazy, sitting on their butt. Then, they gave us a tin foil bag of soggy fries instead of our chicken tenders. To top it off the sides of mashed potatoes we ordered tasted like their dirty rice. Needless to say we will NOT be back to this Popeyes. Go to Spartanburg or anywhere else.

This store was so slow!!!! And not very clean either.
Only 1 person besides us inside, when we ordered, no one was in drive thru. We had to wait almost 15 minutes to get a chicken sandwich and a 3 PC tender meal.
The door on the trash receptacle was open, and it was so filfth the only way i felt safe was using my foot to close the door. That is how bad it was.
