I did a mobile pick up order. I received a notification that my coffee was ready, but was told to park when coffee was ready and sitting on the counter waited. Customer service was terrible.

As A 4 Week Employee I Feel It’s Not An Environment For African American Workers ! For One I Am The Only One!! && I Got Treated As Such ! A Situation Occurred && She Had An Excuse For Everybody But Me I Was The ONLY One In The “Wrong”. I Was Told As A New Employee I Will Mainly Do Trash && Dishes. I Didn’t Apply For A Housekeeping Job. Other Employees Walk Past Customers Whilst I Am Doing Stuff && I Am Told To Get That Customer Do This Do That. I Called Out && Was Told I Have To Tell Them Why I’m Calling Out But, If I’m Sick Or It’s Medical Related I Do Not Have To Offer That Information To Strangers Who Dont Care About My Well Being. I Disclosed To The “Manger” That I Was Pregnant && Now Everyday When I Come In She Stares At My Stomach Making Me Uncomfortable. I Put In My Two Week Notice && She Didn’t Even Care To Ask Why But, I Will Not Allow Her To Run My Employment History In The Dirt W/ What I Feel Like Is Simple Racism. If I Was Needed To Fit A Quota She Could’ve Gave The Job To Somebody Else Cause The Work Environment Has Been Uncomfortable From Day One! She Told Me It’s A Job Of Many Chances But, I’ve Been Written Up && Ridiculed About Things I’ve Personally Seen Serval Co-Workers Doing && Engaging In My 4 Weeks There. She Said She’s “Cracking Down” Kinda Strange To Start W/ Me. Just Feels Like A Very Off Setting Work Environment For Any Black Person. I Wouldn’t Waste My Time Applying. I Even Noticed She Did An Interview && EVERYTHING She Told That Girl NOT To Do Was Pertaining To Things I’ve Done.

I was extremely disappointed in the service here. No one acknowledged we were there for about 4 minutes. Then we got “What would you want?” No thank you…nothing. I was shocked. We were barely spoken to during the entire experience. The staff members were having fun and laughing. The store was filthy! I have never experienced that in a Starbucks! From the dining area (tables, chairs, floors, counters) to the restrooms. One employee even sneezed into her hands and kept working. Ugh! This was a total shock. The positive was the drinks were great.

I absolutely LOVE this Starbucks location. We go through the drive thru everytime we are headed north and have never been disappointed. It seems like whoever is doing the hiring for this location has mastered the skill of selecting quality employees. The drinks are always spot on but what actually impresses me is how authentically friendly the staff is. I always leave feeling happy. The woman in the drive thru this morning had such a sweet demeanor. When you get service like this, you overlook the fact that coffee for your family is $25 🤣

What’s with keeping everything behind the counter? You have to ask for a sleeve? A stirrer? Good lord. Put the creamer and other items out for customers. If you need more creamer- you have to go back up and ask like a child.

This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Waited in the drive thru line for 10 min without ordering just for them to be out of I wanted. Had to wait another 15 min before I could get out of here bc they’re so slow.
