Becoming increasingly frustrated stopping in at this Starbucks that I’ve frequented for many years now. The service is so slow now and I don’t understand why, because across town on Floyd Baker it’s not like this. When you pay this much for coffee, excellent service in a timely manner should automatically apply.

I don't normally complain, but this is ridiculous and scary. I bought 3 Carmel ribbon crunchs which are blended drinks. My mother thought she was crunching on ice which turned out to be a large piece of glass and she swallowed some before realizing. I call starbucks and they act like its not a big deal but I beg a differ!!!
I just wonder how many others this has happened to.

DONT VISIT THIS STORE IF YOUR WANTING STARBUCKS TREATMENT!!!!! Management on duty I asked Moore like a Dunkin’ Donuts employee instead of a Starbucks employee. I really wish you guys would stop hiring people that have trauma !!! Extremely rude ! Extremely Wide !

Mobile ordered 2 drinks, then got in the drive thru lane only to be told to wait and make another lap or drive around and come inside to pick up the drinks. I selected drive-thru for a reason. Do you ask customers that just pull up to the drive-thru and order to cycle back around or park and come inside?

This location has always been my favorite for going on 15 years and more. They have a consistent taste. As in if you have a drink that you always get that is the same... go here. It will always taste consistent. This is my comfort starbucks. I always get my usual. 1 single, extra whip, extra mocha drizzle, mocha frap. Never disappoints and the employees are always nice. I have pulled up and 2 men were outside at the Crack of dawn before that made me uncomfortable that had no drinks and it made me nervous to sit there. So thats really the only bad feedback I can give. Which isn't the establishments fault.

Very inflexible staff. I typically order a Venti Expresso Frappuccino with 2 extra shots of expresso. When they make a frappuccino there’s always extra that gets poured down the drain so I usually request they use a Trenta cup so those expensive shots aren’t wasted. Well these guys refused to use the larger cup. They said it was due to inventory of the large cups. So I asked that they pour it into a small second cup…again refused. I had to watch as they poured roughly 1/4 of my drink down the drain. What a waste. I’ll be going to the Spartanburg location from now on. They make the drinks as I ask there.

I ordered 2 strawberry frappuccinos while passing through while out of town. Neither frappuccino had any taste whatsoever. My mom and I both noticed it. In the future, I’ll make sure to taste my order prior to leaving a Starbucks establishment. I placed my order through the drive-through and it took longer than would be expected to receive my order. The restaurant did not appear to be busy.

I stop here whenever I drive from Atlanta to New York. Christa is a friendly and helpful barista who makes sure that you feel welcome. Starbucks is lucky to have her on their staff.
