I ordered on-line, I immediately went to pick up my order. My pink drink was so wattered down, I had to let them know. I asked for less ice. My drink was replaced. I swear it tasted like they just poured my drink over more ice! Greatly disappointed I went the day before and everything was great. IDK what the problem was today.

I have ordered a mocha frappuccino, 1 single, extra whip and extra MOCHA drizzle since this location opened. I am not one to complain about the first time or second time at places when they mess something up. We're human. Things happen.
Yet every single time I choose this location, over Lemmons Lane for convenience something is wrong with my drink. I ordered a extra whip extra drizzle today. I got neither. Didn't have a dome lid either as I was looking for it in pick up. Not too long ago they gave caramel drizzle instead of mocha.
If you were to ask me.... go to Lemmons Lane. They always have the best out of the two and it will taste just like the last time you had it.... Floyd Baker? You never know what flavor you're getting when ordering your usual. Picture is clearly Caramel drizzle.... not mocha like label says.
