Substation used to be my favorite place to get a sub when when I was younger since I've moved back I've been probably five times and every single time I have been so disappointed it's either not correct and or it looks like it's been thrown together and it's not good very disappointed I will not eat there again.

I placed an order and then picked it up. Was told on the phone it was 20 dollars, when I picked it up it was 29. Dollars. My sub only had half of a bottom. I will not order unless I am eating there again. The one lady was so rude when I asked about the price difference. When I ordered the sub I had to ask the girl don’t you want to know what I want on it? Not good service today but it usually is good

Now that you can’t see over the counter, they don’t put nothing on your sub that you ask for. Ever since Covid came and they put the privacy counter there the subs have not been good. I could’ve made a flat empty sandwich at home with loaf of bread. The staff is rude and not friendly at all. 0/10

We're new to the area and have recently sworn off eating out at large chains because the quality has declined so badly while the prices are higher than ever. But we just didn't feel like cooking tonight and I regret nothing.
The staff was great and the sandwich was twice as good.The meat cuts were really tasty and the bread was so soft. They showed me the loaf before I ordered but I swear that sandwich was at least 2 inches bigger than the loaf they showed me!
See that picture there? That piece of lettuce is all that was left. 10 out of 10 will revisit
