A good sandwich is a pretty simple thing to get right, so itās really disappointing this place doesnāt even come close. Stale bread, very skimpy on the meat (3 razor thin slices) 1/2ā thick onion slices š³ and what seemed like 2 cups of mustard. All six of the staff seemed distracted, disinterested and overwhelmed; no one thought to thank me for my business. All this for $8 and 20 mins of waiting when there was only one person before me. Shame.

Substation used to be my favorite place to get a sub when when I was younger since I've moved back I've been probably five times and every single time I have been so disappointed it's either not correct and or it looks like it's been thrown together and it's not good very disappointed I will not eat there again.
I placed an order and then picked it up. Was told on the phone it was 20 dollars, when I picked it up it was 29. Dollars. My sub only had half of a bottom. I will not order unless I am eating there again. The one lady was so rude when I asked about the price difference. When I ordered the sub I had to ask the girl donāt you want to know what I want on it? Not good service today but it usually is good

Now that you canāt see over the counter, they donāt put nothing on your sub that you ask for. Ever since Covid came and they put the privacy counter there the subs have not been good. I couldāve made a flat empty sandwich at home with loaf of bread. The staff is rude and not friendly at all. 0/10
