I love this location. The staff are very friendly. Especially the young lady. I go at least once a week and my food is always fresh. The restaurant is very clean. I would highly recommend them.

What a strange place with strange people. The employees were argumentative and challenging. Unfortunately, the restaurant was a big, cluttered mess when I was there. The older woman and older man worked poorly together, yelling at each other and customers, and working over each other. My footlong had 4 small pieces of tomato and about 7 pieces of spinach.... it took about 7 minutes to order and pay for my sandwich. Save yourself and go to the other one on Floyd Baker.

Literally THE WORST PLACE!! Manager/Owner is very rude to not only employees but customers as well. She yells and talks over them.. talks bad about the customer and employee to their face. They do not accept any coupons from the app and will yell and talk over you not giving you a chance to speak. I ordered on the app and when I picked my sandwich up it was the wrong sandwich, I drove back up there and she fussed at me because it was wrong like it was my fault! Then proceeded to yell over the employees and other customers in line telling the worker what I wanted on my sandwich, she absolutely would not let me tell him. Then gave me back the wrong sandwich and proceeded to tell me I could have it anyway because it was better than whatI ordered. No, thank you!!! The other 2 employees argue and fight with each other in front of customers. This place is a mess and the people here do not need to work in customer service or the food industry. I hope it stays closed until someone else takes over. The Subway on Floyd baker is great and the manager is so sweet and personable, along with her staff!

The lady who serves here is a crazy woman screaming that I have to pay before ordering, before seeing what I want, she told me that I was a wet Mexican and I'm not even Mexican, I'm so crazy, this lady, no one should come here, she's trash!!! I asked to speak to the manager and she told me it was her which I don't think it is!!!!

Rude ,nasty, older lady was rude stingy trying charge for veggies on meatball sub,charged extra for cheese on sub! Very rude cussing acting stupid! Never go here NEVER!

I wish I would have read the reviews. The older woman was very rude and argumentative. Every time I asked for something on my sandwich she would say something along the lines of “how do you expect me to close the sandwich with so much on it?” I asked for spinach and she picked out 1 large leaf, I asked for more Spanish and she picked out another leaf. Cucumber slices are chopped into 4 bits; I got 1 slice. Thinnest subs I’ve ever had that took well over 10 minutes to order. Please save yourself the waste of time and money that is this subway.

The worst customer service I have ever heard. They were cussing customers over mistakes made by the workers. Wouldn't refund customer over the workers mistake, instead they call the law on the customer. How is this place even open?? Makes subway look horrible.
