I came through the drive thru about 11:15pm and the manager was fighting with a girl. They were yelling and cursing so loud. Very poor service. They shouldn’t be working in fast food.

For the life of me I can not understand why, if there is a list in front of yourselves, you guys can not seem to place everything in the bag. It really doesn't make much sense. Double Checking is part of customer service. You guys dont some to do well with that either. My advice is to put your best foot forward with any job you guys get in life man. It is theft to not give someone something they paid for and you fast food dinner crews get away with it every night. Really wish we could do a mass lawsuit as a nation on the fast food industry for taking so much money through out the year without rendering an actual service or product.

I ordered pick up for 2 burgers and 2 10pc nuggets and it took more than an hour for my food all while they were serving everyone else around us… I work in an actual restaurant that’s 10 times busier than this and we get food out within 10 minutes. Priorities need to be reevaluated

Well food was good and was pretty fast return on food. But the person at the window seemed to be not in the mood to deal with anyone. So she grimaced at one of our questions and never really looked at us while handing the food someone in our directions.
