Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Our food quality wasn't bad. The staff was pleasant. It wasn't very busy and it took a long time to get our food. Zaxby's is never fast, but this was exceptionally slow. I find these restaurants as a whole not a good value for what it costs versus what you get.

I love zaxbys, but they started skimming on the portions. Sweet and spicy sauce $.25 and it's not even half filled, see picture.

The worst experience with salads, they served me with all the rotten lettuce, not to mention the portion, it only came with half the plate.

We showed up just under 20 minutes to close and not only was the customer service great, shout out to Justin, our cashier, the food also came out piping hot. It's easy to slow down when closing time is right around the corner, but they stayed on top of things. 10/10 would recommend

This place is friendly, great customer service and with happy workers. Always ready to help and make you happy.

Parking: The parking lot is clean and easy to get to. Very inviting and comfortable.

Kid-friendliness: Very friendly and patient with kids of all ages. Management is very good.

I ordered food the night before and of course the store was closed so I couldn't call to let them know. I called them today to let them know what happened so they told me they could not replace the food for both orders but I paid my money and you guys took that with no problem.
