As one person in a party of 4 carry out, I ordered a Cobb Salad on 1/10/26 that was only half full. I worked out of town in Walhalla, SC for 6 years and dined there every week. The food was always fresh and plentiful. The bread is removed in the photo to show just the salad.

Came in the restaurant to order and was immediately welcomed by the sweetest and most professional cashier, Queen. The facilities were very clean and my food was prepared quickly/quality. Fast food employees should be appreciated more! Thanks for the great service.

i use to to love this location of zaxby’s but now i dodge the bullet lol no but seriously there customer service is so bad they don’t even greet you say thank you or even give you a receipt (without asking for it) i just don’t feel like returning back here and will always as i say ALWAYS choose the other location over this one. sorry but it had to be said.!!!!

Placed an order through doordash and Zaxbys messes up order but I had to call doordash.. I ordered 2 finger plates and one of those only had 2 fingers in the order.. the manager was rude and said complain too DD... least DD cared... and the chicken was overedcooked fries were great and so was the tea I'll give them credit for that

My first complaint is y’all have all of a sudden decided you want to charge 25¢ for extra sauce. Ridiculous. Second complaint, the food quality has seriously went down hill. I got a 5 piece finger meal & the toast was old, the chicken was mostly fat, the fries were WAYYYY over seasoned. Every time I go to this Zaxby’s in Gaffney, the food gets worse & worse.
