Placed an order through doordash and Zaxbys messes up order but I had to call doordash.. I ordered 2 finger plates and one of those only had 2 fingers in the order.. the manager was rude and said complain too DD... least DD cared... and the chicken was overedcooked fries were great and so was the tea I'll give them credit for that

My first complaint is y’all have all of a sudden decided you want to charge 25¢ for extra sauce. Ridiculous. Second complaint, the food quality has seriously went down hill. I got a 5 piece finger meal & the toast was old, the chicken was mostly fat, the fries were WAYYYY over seasoned. Every time I go to this Zaxby’s in Gaffney, the food gets worse & worse.
Food was really good
Our food quality wasn't bad. The staff was pleasant. It wasn't very busy and it took a long time to get our food. Zaxby's is never fast, but this was exceptionally slow. I find these restaurants as a whole not a good value for what it costs versus what you get.

I love zaxbys, but they started skimming on the portions. Sweet and spicy sauce $.25 and it's not even half filled, see picture.

The worst experience with salads, they served me with all the rotten lettuce, not to mention the portion, it only came with half the plate.

We showed up just under 20 minutes to close and not only was the customer service great, shout out to Justin, our cashier, the food also came out piping hot. It's easy to slow down when closing time is right around the corner, but they stayed on top of things. 10/10 would recommend
