Ordered food through Door Dash. Completely aware that I need to contact DD if there is an issue with the order - but contacted the restaurant to let them know of the issue and was immediately faced with attitude. I was essentially told to “take it up with DD, not their problem”. When I advised that this is absolutely your problem because you prepped the order - I was hung up on. I will NEVER order here again - if your customer service is bad your food has no quality either. PERIOD - I tried to express concern with an incorrect order and as the customer was shut down. As a person that holds customer service in high regard - I was completely disappointed in the response.

Sorely disappointed we stopped to eat here. I order a fried chicken chicken club. Chicken is not seasoned, flavorless, I should of just asked for a bacon and cheese on a plate. The batter was sliding off the chicken. My husband got a burger medium rare and it was pretty close to well. Our server was very inattentive and blah. As a local, there’s so much better food out here. If you enjoy food that I feel bad giving my senior dog because it’s not edible for human consumption, come here. Our waitress was less than sympathize that we spent $33 dollars on a meal we barely ate because it was like fried cardboard covered in grease.

The main problem with this restaurant is the addition of a 3.75 % credit card fee. When we asked if we would be charged the fee if we used a debit card, the waitress said yes. Restaurants can deduct credit card fees from their taxes, so they are making money from the fees AND deducting from their taxes. Should be illegal.

Pretty good food. Went for the wings. Would come again. Garlic parm fries are GREAT! They have sweet potato tots. Longer wait than they estimated even with empty tables. Must have been overstaffed. Full bar. Ribs are great too.Wheelchair accessibility: ADA compliant

Food was good had wings, onion rings and salad bar. The salad bar could use a few more fixins but not bad. Service was great but we were there at 345. So not a lot going on. Clean but simple an a few tables outside.
5 min before drink order was even taken. Had to ask for 2 sets of silverware, which were both nasty, CLEARLY. Food was terrible. The bbq was the worst bbq I've ever tasted. $38 and the majority of the food was left on the plate.

Server was pleasant but didn't know much about beers or menu. BBQ sauce was grossly sweet. Mashed potatoes were cold. A restaurant that still has a salad bar?? Maybe fine for some nachos to watch a game, but I wouldn't run back to eat here.

Best shaved ribeye burger I have ever had. Had it with blue cheese crumbles and onions. OMG. I never eat a whole sandwich. I ate that one. Best thing I've had in many years. The cook was superior. The wait staff excellent. Will continue to go there.
