This is truly by far the best frozen yogurt restaurant I’ve ever been to. They have the best frozen yogurt. The different flavors all taste delicious. My three year old son won’t eat ice cream but, he will eat the strawberry frozen yogurt here. We drive by and he ask me for Froyoz. Our family comes here at least once sometimes twice a week. The atmosphere is so wonderful! The staff and owners are always so nice and helpful! The place is squeaky clean. The yogurt machines are clean and well maintained. The toppings bar is full and clean. The tables, floors and bathrooms are clean. They keep music playing. They have little games on the tables for children and families to play with. They have perfected frozen yogurt and the created a very special experience for their customers. You can tell they take pride in their business. Definitely go if you get the chance you won’t be disappointed!!

They NEED to do a better job of letting new customers (unfamiliar with how they charge), KNOW EXACTLY HOW THEY CHARGE for all your "going crazy making your own ice cream from the self serve everything"...especially the kids don't know ....THAT YALL CHARGE BY THE WEIGHT..... It's fantastic quality, but please post better and maybe larger...idk...menus?I EDITED MY ORIGINAL REVIEW. I DO APOLOGIZE AFTER REREADING IT...IT WAS A BIT STRONG. I want you to know that I would not try to take down a mom and pop...I apologize. I was feeling I guess "SHOCKED" should have been the proper description after my daughter got her cup and filled it almost, then put toppings on...and just hers came to like 12.00. I NEVER EVER knew anything about those other options until you responded to my review. Thank you for informing me of that. I will help you share that information so that you may thrive in your business. That was the ONLY issue I had....but NOW I know alternatives...you would be doing yourself and any new or existing patron a huge favor by creating some kind of chalkboard menu or price list to include what you have told me.That's all really. The customer service is horrible. The head guy completely ignored 2 customers that walked into the store while acknowledging and being very helpful to others. So rude! I’m not going back.

Feel free to ignore any reviews on yelp that mention "no flavor."Because maybe the reviewer had covid and their sense of smell and taste have been altered. Hopefully temporary. It's been over a year for me and I still run into things I can smell once, but 2nd no scent detected or worse smells disgusting. Love this place. Can taste all the sweet stuff! Ask about the sugar free options. Very tasty. Samples available.Make your own cup of frozen yogurt. Put as much of whatever flavor(s) you want in the cup and pay based on weight.

Such an adorable frozen yogurt shop! The selection of yogurt and toppings was impressive! It was clean, all of the machines worked, the toppings were all covered (with magnetic covers so they stayed up when lifted). Everything was delicious and the staff was friendly! As locals, there are many ice cream and yogurt places to choose from, but this is will toward the top of my list! We’ll definitely be back!

This place was amazing. I think my friend found a cockroach though as one of the Oreo crumbs..but it’s okay cause it was extra crunchy for her which she loves! The legs got stuck in between her teeth. Amazing place will go back again!

7.1.23Non and low-fat frozen yogurt shop that has 12 flavors and 15 toppings. The yogurt is weighed so it can get pricy. I came with my sister-in-law and nieces for a mid-afternoon treat. I purchased a combo of salted caramel, peanut butter, and butter pecan with Reese's pieces, peanut butter cup, waffle cone crisp, and hot fudge. It was delicious. My two nieces also purchased two t-shirts.Check in on Yelp to get 10% off. I didn't do this until after we left so missed the discount.

Awesome service! Staff is nice as can be and flavors and toppings are to die for and to be honest you don't really see Froyoz anymore so every time I come to the surfside/garden city area, I ALWAYS GET FROYOZ ! Therefore I highly recommend this place.

There are four girls standing around talking to each other and one on the phone. Didn’t see them offer any help or suggestions to any of the Many people in the place. Had a coupon for a free 12 oz and no 12oz cups available… and flavors have been the same for sometime. Was hoping for more summer type flavors (ex fruit yogurt and not just in the sorbet) plenty of chocolate and vanilla options..Response to reply….I wasn’t complaining about the free yogurt I was stating there was no 12oz cups. The review process on goole is to give options and review of an establishment so that others may form an opinion and your super defensive, kinda rude comments in return kinda prove a point.

Staff is very young and like to congregate and be on their phones. Had a coupon for a free yogurt with a 12 fill up and no 12oz cups available only scales available to monitor your ounces are at the registers and are busy if people are in line. Reese bits had heath or toffee crunch in them and I did point it out to the young lady and she said she would let her boss know.

Looked for a froyo place and found this one online. It's literally the best froyo I've ever had. They had really cute cup options, good flavors, and even better toppings. They had homemade whipped cream, homemade chocolate covered strawberries, brownies, boba, mochi, etc. The woman working was very kind and helpful as well. The place was clean and had awesome artwork from kids on the walls!
