My husband and I celebrate our anniversary there yearly and this year on our 37th, it was terrible. We arrived on time and it wasn't crowded at all so I was actually happy to have our favorite place to ourselves for a bit. It took at least 15 minutes for anyone to get to our table and ask if we wanted drinks. The server was great so this is not a reflection on her. The bread and salad was great but when our main course arrived it looked terrible. My garlic mashed potatoes were almost black and gummy. The scallops were way overcooked and dry. The breading on all of our seafood was so salty that it was like someone spilled the salt shaker on it. Even the hushpuppies were bad. I literally could have cried because my husband was trying to make it better but he couldn't. So basically I ate 1/3 of my salad and bread and the wine was good but the main meal was beyond disappointing. Really sad because it's such a beautiful place and I have many pictures of me and my husband there each year. I'm just mad that I didn't say anything to the manager.

Six of us had dinner here. The service was great, the food was wonderful and flavorful. Flavorful. The view of the sunset was absolutely amazing. This was our first time at the Gulfstream Cafe, and we will be back.

Overall, we enjoyed the dining experience. The food was excellent! The service was good. The view was beautiful. We were seated at a small table with strong air conditioning coming up from below and it was cold on our feet and legs. We talked to the host who gave us a blocking pad to block the air - it worked ok but not that well. The chairs were hard and not very comfortable, and the table was a little wobbly.

My husband and I visited the Gulfstream Cafe for the first time last night and were totally blown away. The views are amazing, which was a plus, but from the moment we walked through the door we were treated like family. Our server had the best personality and She took the time to really make our dining experience perfect. The quality of the food was unparalleled. Everything was fresh as if it had just been caught. We try new restaurants all over the country and this was hands down one of the top 2 restaurants I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. We will for sure make a trip back just to eat here again.

It was nostalgic to come to the Gulf Stream, we haven't been here in years. The view is still outstanding. Our waiter did his best to make us feel welcome and serve our drinks and meals. The wine list was very limited to inexpensive wines. My meal was served cold and was sent back. The kitchen redid the meal it was much better, however came back after everyone else was done. The steak was very well prepared and tasted excellent. They really tried to get it right.

Can't beat the views of the water and boats at the dock while you eat dinner. The she crab soup was delicious. We had fried flounder and shrimp for dinner and both were excellent as well as the fries. Very attentive staff and excellent food!

I'm giving 5 stars even though we waited close to an hour for our food, but it was Easter and it was exceptionally crowded which I figured is the reason for the wait. But the food was excellent and our server was on top of things. So hopefully next time it won't be such a long wait for our food.

We arrived at the time of our reservations. We were told it would be a 30 minute wait or we could sit outside. We decided to sit outside. After a 40 minute wait we were informed that no one was assigned to wait on our table.

Had a great dining experience on a holiday. A little delay in getting seated at our reservation time, but that is to be expected on a holiday. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant considering how busy they were. The food was delicious, apps, salad, main courses, all 4 of us had great meals. No complaints. Ceviche / Oyster Shooters / Shrimp Cocktail Surf and Turf / Mahi Mahi Creamed Spinach and Loaded Baked are great Seriously, not one complaint! Will be back!

I believe Gulfstream was overwhelmed for Easter brunch. Time to get food from buffet was over 30 minutes. We were seated promptly but decided not to stand in line for an extended time to get food. We left for another restaurant.

Over half of the buffet items were empty. Kitchen staff was struggling to keep up with demand. Many of the available items were overcooked/dried out. Waited on line for the buffet for20 minutes. We heard that they had accepted reservations for over 600 patrons for the four hour buffet window. Obviously oversold. They have lost me as a customer.

Had not been there in a while having a bad experience, I'm so glad I tried them again. Food was incredible. Recommend going at sunset to enjoy the view.
