Great server, but we waited for a table for an hour when we were quoted 40 minutes. I understand they were short staffed. However, this is NOT Chicago style pizza. I'm used to Lou's or Gino's East and this was more like Pizza Hut. If you like the thick deep dish, this isn't it.

This was definitely a 5 Star trip to Old Chicago. Our server was exceptional and our food quickly came out and was served hot.

We used to love ordering delivery from here for years! Just ordered a large pizza and one regular order of wings and final cost with tip was over $70 !!! Yes, I am still kicking myself, and yes, my fault for completing such a ludicrously priced pizza meal, which was delivered by Uber Eats because I was told they no longer deliver directly. Oh and a cute note, we are less than 2 miles away from this place. Yes, I messed up (we had some hungry out of town guests) but please be forewarned unless you really enjoy paying $70 for a mediocre pizza. What in the world?

Absolutely delicious!!! Pepperoni rolls are FIRE ! The classic pizza is DELICIOUS! Emily was great and went over and above normal service !! Of there is a downside to this place - Honestly, I'm glad I don't live local- I'd end up in sweatpants.

We decided to try out the pizza here and so glad we did. We came for happy hour and sat at the bar. Jen, our server, was an absolute delight. We each ordered a personal size pizza. It was filling so we didn't have a chance to try out anything else. We will be back!

Came in late and they still sat us. We had been in the car for "forever" according to the kids so they were excited to get some pizza. The pizza was dynamite! They also introduced me to one of my wife's and my new favorite beers/ breweries! Great food great beers family friendly!

Worst resturant ever terrible customer service the server I had was a lying thief. I ordered pizza and when it was time to pay I gave my credit card she came back with the bill but no credit card in the book. I asked her multiple times what did she do with a credit card she acted very unsympathetic it made no effort to show concerned that she lost my credit card. I finally got the manager involved after 30 minutes of them walking around they finally found my credit card that magically appeared in the kitchen. I would never go to this restaurant ever again or trust them. Very shameful !!!!!!

This is the most disappointed i have ever been with a pizza. Cold, little burnt, and dry. It was so bad. I really wanted pizza and the rating was completely wrong on this one. Don't recommend this at all

Literally went there on senior week and had an amazing cheese pizza. A little oily but nothing wrong with that.
I really want to love this place, great tap selection and real good pizza. And the regular staff inside is very friendly and it's nice to go to a place where they remember you after multiple visits. But the young girl at the front where you pick up orders is just rude and dismissive and I've had multiple instances of this. They are a bit pricey so I expect more. When I dared informed her that she was rude the new hostess told me to leave and said she would call the manager. Hilarious. Hate to see them hurt their brand by having these surly kids up front . Once you're inside or at the bar they are great though. C'mon! You can do better with your front cashiers!!

This was a really great pizza place, thick crust pizza( awesome) we loved it!! The cheesecake was delicious with fresh fruit and purée!! Our server was very friendly and the manager was very attentive and stopped by our table to check on us and was concerned and did make sure we were happy!! We definitely recommend to eat here!!

We got their pizza special for carry-out: two medium 2-topping pizzas. The order was ready when they said it would be, the person at the front was really nice. The pizza unfortunately was just mehhhhhhhhhhh. We struggled with the leftovers. Maybe we'll try something else next time, but pizza's off the list.

Absolutely horrendous service. We checked in at the table at 8:10. After 10 minutes we were asked if we were the party for "Tim", we said no, "Amy". The woman nodded and a group of them stood around the desk. After 10 more minutes we noticed other people walking and getting seated immediately. We saw on the log that our name was crossed off. We let the woman know and she apologized and frantically asked other people about a table. We waited another 3-5 minutes before being left to a table. We then waited 10 minutes with no service when I motioned to a server. I asked if I could get help to the table and she nodded and walked away. Ay 8:50 I walked to the front and handed the woman our silverware and said "thanks for nothing". She had a lost look on her face like she had no clue what she was doing.
