I have to give a big shoutout to the Burger King in Gaston! Every time I visit, the service is fast, friendly, and consistent. The staff always greets you with a smile, and they truly seem to care about making sure your order is right.
The food is fresh and hot—exactly how you want it. My burger was juicy, the fries were crisp and golden, and everything tasted like it was made with care. Even the inside of the restaurant is clean and welcoming, which makes the experience even better whether you're dining in or grabbing food to go.
It’s honestly one of the best Burger Kings I’ve ever been to. If you're in the area and craving a good meal with great service, this location won’t disappoint!

After a super hard day at work, just didn’t feel like cooking so I pulled in to Burger King and Toya was fantastic! Happy, smiling and super friendly! She asked me if I wanted a crown, and after the day I had, i said yes! And I wore it home and promised her a picture with my google review! Great service! Great food! Thanks Toya for making me smile!

Straight trash. Each and every person working this morning between 11:11-11:13 were rude as all get out. Not one word spoken by any of them. Rude faces made as well. Super sad when you work in fast food and you can’t even be friendly. This world is falling apart. No good workers anymore.
Whoever is working corporate needs to check the cameras. Literally caught them squishing my food. The young boy thought if he’d walk over to the manager and whisper in her ear that I didn’t see it, but I saw everything.

Do not eat at Burger King. I drove to food Lion which is right next to Burger King and I did not order anything from there. I do not eat Burger King. I work there when I was 18 when they have flame broil and everything was great and wonderful. But now now when I going to see french fries all up under the floor and they don't have enough time to clean this up. It's an accident waiting for workman's comp. You know if you can't clean up I should go. I'm not eating there because I know that's riches and bugs and stuff like this if you don't keep a place clean and that's the reason why this isn't do that well

I have never been to Gaston SC so it was fun to see/visit another area. People were nice, but I gave service a “3” at BK because if you’re paying with a card, you HAVE to use the order kiosk. The cashier was only at the counter for CASH orders. So, that said, the order process took longer, but the order was accurate. I did have to have a bit of help with the screen at the kiosk and the young girl was quick to lend a hand. The food was fresh and tasted very good for BK, so I understand why this location was fairly busy.

Closing manager on 6-22-25 is RUDE! Said she didn’t have change so I went outside and got my card then when I came back in she if you using that you have to order over there and walked off. When my order was ready she threw it on the counter and mumbled under her breath. I will NOT return to Burger King. If you don’t like people don’t work customer service!
My wife and I both got a whopper combo. It had a better taste than whataburger.

Overall not a bad BK but they tend to forget sauces and straws. A little inconvenient since they always ask you to pull up, by the time you check your order they are back inside.

It's Da Kang. When they get it right, it's mid, but sometimes you want something cheap and easy. When they get it wrong, it's gross. They have a bad habit of drowning your burger in mayo. BK always smells amazing outside, but falls short of your expectations. It never seems to match the memories of it being awesome as a kid.
