I guess because they have a kiosk, u get no service. Heaven forbid u have to pay with cash. U get to stand there and wait while countless drive-thru orders get taken and served their food. I understand if u don't have workers. But u cant completely ignore the people that are inside. Was there for 30 minutes and the same people that were trying to order at the register just left after waiting there for 20 minutes. I regretted spending my money there. And will not return.

Outside they have a sign that they will open at 12 midnight and I'm going to order at 11:00 and suddenly they pay for the drive-thru screen. I don't understand this Burger King. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I have to give a big shoutout to the Burger King in Gaston! Every time I visit, the service is fast, friendly, and consistent. The staff always greets you with a smile, and they truly seem to care about making sure your order is right.
The food is fresh and hot—exactly how you want it. My burger was juicy, the fries were crisp and golden, and everything tasted like it was made with care. Even the inside of the restaurant is clean and welcoming, which makes the experience even better whether you're dining in or grabbing food to go.
It’s honestly one of the best Burger Kings I’ve ever been to. If you're in the area and craving a good meal with great service, this location won’t disappoint!

After a super hard day at work, just didn’t feel like cooking so I pulled in to Burger King and Toya was fantastic! Happy, smiling and super friendly! She asked me if I wanted a crown, and after the day I had, i said yes! And I wore it home and promised her a picture with my google review! Great service! Great food! Thanks Toya for making me smile!

Straight trash. Each and every person working this morning between 11:11-11:13 were rude as all get out. Not one word spoken by any of them. Rude faces made as well. Super sad when you work in fast food and you can’t even be friendly. This world is falling apart. No good workers anymore.
Whoever is working corporate needs to check the cameras. Literally caught them squishing my food. The young boy thought if he’d walk over to the manager and whisper in her ear that I didn’t see it, but I saw everything.

Do not eat at Burger King. I drove to food Lion which is right next to Burger King and I did not order anything from there. I do not eat Burger King. I work there when I was 18 when they have flame broil and everything was great and wonderful. But now now when I going to see french fries all up under the floor and they don't have enough time to clean this up. It's an accident waiting for workman's comp. You know if you can't clean up I should go. I'm not eating there because I know that's riches and bugs and stuff like this if you don't keep a place clean and that's the reason why this isn't do that well
