The past 4 times that I have been here they didn't have either filets or certain chicken pieces. My order of famous bowl has consistently been only half filled, No gravy, no cheese,also no utensils. Tonight I ordered a large mashed potato and gravy and a 12 piece nuggets , my order was not rung up until I ordered again at the window. My order was given to me after cashier had to be told it potatoes and gravy Not Mac and cheese. I was given my bag and left, got home to find NO GRAVY and only 9 NUGGETS !! I got home about 9:30 pm of course no receipt ever. The owner should be ashamed of this establishment!! I have given ample tries to get an accurate opinion and correct order and nice service 1 time out of 15 is not going to keep business.

I have visited here twice and ordered chicken sandwich meal both times.The chicken was so dry I could only eat a portion and had to throw the rest away. If you visit make sure its fresh and not under lamps for hours. If thats not the problem maybe a new cook would help. Sorry NO three strikes. Will not visit

I ordered a 8 piece and got a 6 piece. Not only that it looks like their chicken is anorexic or something. The worse place ever to go to for food. You’re better off cooking at home. The amount of grease lord Jesus the original KFC man will roll over in his grave.

Don't waist your time with this place. Order was all wrong after I ordered online. They half way fill up the large containers so your definitely don't get what you are paying for. Then they leave suff out the order that I have paid for. Worst attitudes on employees ever. I hope you save your time and money on this place.

Gaston location serving raw, still bloody food. Ordered an 8 pc nugget combo w/biscuit fries and milk (got 12 pc no biscuit and Pepsi). 5 pc big box meal w/ biscuit, fries, coleslaw and Pepsi (did not get biscuit. Fried liver was raw and still a bit bloody. Asked for bbq and honey mustard but got none. Paid $50 for raw food, missing items and pure attitude from the entire staff. This was shortly before 7 p.m. on a Friday night. Have never gotten pleasant, accurate food or service from this location. Kept saying I'll never go back but the raw, bloody liver sealed the deal. No one had hats or hair nets on and i was not given a receipt. Drive through order taker was extremely rude as well as the rest of the staff. Also if you ask for no pickles they put triple what would normally be put on. This staff clearly feels that they shouldn't have to physically do any of the work required to earn their paycheck then want to get offended when you ask them for the service that they were hired to do. As for the manager of this store... she's without and that's sad because the people you hire reflect who you are and what you stand for. Whomever hired this completely pathetic joke for a staff should be embarrassed and has no business being in a management position. DHEC needs to shut this location down and the franchisee cut his/ her losses before its too late.
