I’m just concerned why is it when I call the store to speak with someone in the store I’m speaking to some third person who’s nowhere near my order? Otherwise food and service has been great so far.

This place smells like straight up weed!! They have employees walking in from outside touching food and not washing hands then the employee passing out can’t even read to get the orders right. This place needs a new manager and new employees!!

Bate and Switch! Be aware that the price in the Pizza Hut application is different than what they charge in the store. On 03/08/2024, I called the store and order three large pizzas. They were a 1 toping stuffed crust, a 3 toping hand tossed and a meat lovers hand tossed. I was told they were out of stuffed crust and would have to select a different crust. I asked them in lieu of the stuffed crust if I could just get extra cheese then. They agreed. The Pizza Hut application listed that pizza for $12.99. When I got to the store I was charged $16.99. The price for the large meat lovers pizza is listed in the Pizza Hut application at $13.99. Again I had to pay more than the listed price. They charged me $17.49. The only pizza with the correct price was the large 3 toping at $11.99. I was over charged $7.50. I asked the manager at the store to remedy the situation and he told me that he had no way of doing that. He stated "The application is a third party software and they [Pizza Hut] does not control what they do. This is a complete failure by Pizza Hut. I asked for the district manager's phone number and the manager on duty was not able to provide it. This is a complete failure of the store owner, when he did not train and prepare his employees for a situation like this. I left my phone number with the manager on duty and the store owner called me about 10 minutes later. I explained the situation to him and he told me he was on his way to the store and would call me back in 45 minutes. After 2 hours had passed I called the store owner's phone but was unable to speak with him and left a message. I have not heard from him since and it has been 4 days. I called the store today to get the store owners name before writing this review only to have the manager not give me his name and then hang up on me when I told her she was not prepared to handle the situation properly. Once again the store owner has failed to prepared his employees to handle the responsibility they have been given.Regardless of how I order my pizza whether through an application, over the phone, or in person. I should expect to pay the same price! Pizza Hut advertises their special prices through the application and then charges a different price at the store. It is the same pizza!
It is a quick stop in or pre-order place. No one was upfront upon entering, so I yelled for service. There was no menus, signs for specials, or prices with items available listed anywhere. The gentleman who helped me told me what was available, and that's how I placed my order. The food came moderately timed, but there were no condiments or napkins given or on display.During times like these people want to know by prices and pictures what is available. If there are promotional items or specials. People are visual. Please upgrade your place and make it customer friendly.PS. I am sure you will do business, but with 2-3 other pizza places looking more inviting than yours, you have serious competition ?

worst pizza hut i have ever delt with, I've given this store a few chances. this is twice i haven't gotten my order, poor customer service , if it's a hour before they close you will not get your food. i have kids that use too really like there food , but crew tells you they didn't do anything , and even said i didn't call when i did. they take your money in three seconds but don't return it for days. I had pay for two meals instead of one because both time i had to call domino's just to eat. make your call to them they do a great job in choice

Just ordered a large supreme pizza when we got it home it was not done I call and let them know needless to say I will not order anything else from them the Pizza Hut in Gaston sucks

Only reason why it got 1 star is because I couldn't do a review unfortunately without a star.. NO STARS from me honestly! Bad bad bad!! I called 4 times in an hour and Noone answered my calls. I know they don't know how to do pizza right but dang they that brain dead when they hear a phone ringing to answer it! Well I used to love pizza hut but they lost a customer.. off to little ceasers for me from now on. Pizza hut in Gaston SC YOU SUCK!!!! Close down or get new employees
