I have my appointment at 8:00 pm ,I checked in 8:20pm, I get unloaded after 45 minutes thanksThey very niceTry don't miss the antrance

WARNING! DOES NOT HAVE COFFEE.Trust me. We pulled off for a late' and there was nada.
Very good place to get in and unloaded, I've been there several times and they are very accommodating.
They were not friendly. Customer Service definitely needs improvement. However, quick offloading. Also, nothing for visitors or Starbucks enthusiasts. No coffee. ☹?

The daytime Security guard does not know how to perform her job. I'm when I arrived I asked her if the exiting gate was still broken she replied “Yes it is you have to exit through the entrance. When it was time for me to leave I proceeded to exit the way I came in, usually they automatically let us leave but this time I had to call her again. When she answered the phone she said I'm gonna need you to back up and come to the exit gate. I asked her if she could let me out because I was in a 53 foot truck. She replies “Well we've had plenty of drivers back up accident free and aren't you the same driver that just asked me if the gate was working? I replied no I asked you if the gate was still broken and you replied yes.†Now in order to back up I had to back up through a round about which is hazardous for me the driver and anyone behind me on the yard. This same gate has been broken for over a year so maybe that's the first thing she should have stated when I had to call to enter the facility. I love coming to Starbucks, but this security guards poor attitude and lack of attention makes the ease of doing my job hectic. Please brush up on your customer service and safety skills.
