The people who work there have a very strong temper, I think that when you do a job you have to do it with a lot of enthusiasm and with a good quality of service. You should not behave arrogantly with the client because he is Latino, I also work and I work for the people of this country and I do not do it with a bad temper.

I've had some terrible waffle house service, but this is by far the worst I've ever received. Sat down before a large group and they were served before us, took 20 minutes to get drinks. Waitress forgot about my 3 year old autistic child's food and then he still didn't get his food before we got our check. My Texas bacon chicken melt didnt have bacon and neither did my husbands. I had a gift card and they didn't know how to use gift cards so I couldn't use it. The waitress didn't apologize or anything for the crappy service and just walked away after ringing me up. For a brand new waffle house, you'd think they would know what they were doing or had basic training. Typical Gaston restaurant.

My wife and I ordered the same thing, and after her having hers for 15 minutes, my plate was still sitting on the counter getting cold. The family that came in after us got all their food while my food got cold, waiting on 2 scrambled eggs
Food was good just to greasy now when it first opened it was good now I have to pat down the Bacon with a napkin but I tip really good because the waitress don't make much last time I ate I gave them a seven dollar tip I usually give time a five because the service is so worth it and I always love to see my favorite waitress hint Tuesdays are the best time to go don't tell anyone ?
