Wonderful service through drive thru this evening the lady was very pleasant at the intercom was very patient and made me laugh after a hard day at the office she was the relief i needed thank you i cant recall her name i know she is very a very nice melanin lady and need to remain at the window best service in the evening here at this location her manager a pregnant young lady was there at the window and i told her..... she needs a raise awesome JOB WENDYS FOR FINALLY GETTING SOMEONE WHO HAS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE DRIVE THRU WILL BE BACK

Let’s just say this was my first visit in a long time and it will be my very last! Drinks were flat, my chicken sandwich had a tangy flavor, and the lady at the window had absolutely no personality at all! She did not speak, smile or say thank you come again!! Very disappointed!! Will not be going back

Today, 4-15-25, the lady who worked the drive through at the location on 321 in Gaston, absolutely made my day. She was so nice and friendly and helpful! Best service!

Food quality has consistently gone down over the years. Service is hit or miss depending on who they got working. I used to stop every morning now I go to burger king or go down further on 321 I will not eat here anymore

They never have cookies. At least not when I order them, LOL. I ordered on the app, so I had already paid for those cookies and they didn't even replace it with oatmeal bars or anything else. Do they even have oatmeal bars? Who knows?

if you're not careful when you go certain places the employees are not trained properly you will be overcharged whatever is on the drive-thru prices check the cashierif they're overcharging you

Everytime I go to the store and order a chili cheese bake potato they never have it so I ordered a double cheese burger that was raw this is unexceptable then they will not answer the phone the need to be shut down
