They always ask you to pull forward past the window to wait, and then they forgot you're there waiting. Happens every single time I come here.

This place is very unpleasant and unprofessional the night shift manager KIM is very rude with a nasty attitude she refused to refund my money after me waiting 20 long minutes for my order that she messed up

This Wendy's is currently scamming the entire system by having EVERY car pull off to thr side and out of line when you place ANY order. Absolutely crap service! STOP SUPPORTING THIS STORE UNTIL THEY STOP SCAMMING WENDYS CORPORATE. (Clearly they SEEM to handle every drivethru order in 2 minutes, according to the numbers, but you really have to sit for 7-10 MINUTES. THIS PARTICULAR TIME, AFTER WAITING THE ORDER BROUGHT TO MY CAR WAS WRONG!) In addition, they made sure to give no receipt, so no survey.

Wonderful service through drive thru this evening the lady was very pleasant at the intercom was very patient and made me laugh after a hard day at the office she was the relief i needed thank you i cant recall her name i know she is very a very nice melanin lady and need to remain at the window best service in the evening here at this location her manager a pregnant young lady was there at the window and i told her..... she needs a raise awesome JOB WENDYS FOR FINALLY GETTING SOMEONE WHO HAS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE DRIVE THRU WILL BE BACK

THE AFRICAN AMERICAN LADY I THINK HER NAME IS TANYA SHE IS THE BEST PERSON IVE ENCOUNTERD AT THIS LOCATION VIA DRIVE THRU HER PERSONALITY AND OVERALL WAS VERY INVITING HER SUGGESTIONS AS IN WHAT TO EAT WAS AMAZING IVE NEVER HAD AN ASIAGO SANDWICH BEFORE AND SHE REQUESTED IT BECAUSE I WANTED SOMETHING WITH RANCH HER SMILE AND PERSONALITY IS WHAT EVERY ESTABLISHMENT SHOULD LOOK FOR BEFORE HIRING PEOPLE THIS BY FAR HAS BEEN MY BEST EXPERIENCE VISITING THIS LOCATION AFTER WORK THNX FOR THE AMAZING YET BEST EXPERIENCE AT THIS LOCATION

Too busy couldn't wait for 30 minutes to get a hamburger
Upon seeing a long drive through line I decided to go inside for a to-go order. That’s when it became apparent why cars were wrapped around the parking lot. It was like watching a horrible movie in slow motion. Even what appeared to be a manager was walking in circles like it was her first day on the job and they hadn’t told her what to do. It was absolutely pathetic.
Let’s just say this was my first visit in a long time and it will be my very last! Drinks were flat, my chicken sandwich had a tangy flavor, and the lady at the window had absolutely no personality at all! She did not speak, smile or say thank you come again!! Very disappointed!! Will not be going back
Today, 4-15-25, the lady who worked the drive through at the location on 321 in Gaston, absolutely made my day. She was so nice and friendly and helpful! Best service!

Food quality has consistently gone down over the years. Service is hit or miss depending on who they got working. I used to stop every morning now I go to burger king or go down further on 321
I will not eat here anymore
They never have cookies. At least not when I order them, LOL. I ordered on the app, so I had already paid for those cookies and they didn't even replace it with oatmeal bars or anything else. Do they even have oatmeal bars? Who knows?

if you're not careful when you go certain places the employees are not trained properly you will be overcharged whatever is on the drive-thru prices check the cashierif they're overcharging you
