Let’s just say this was my first visit in a long time and it will be my very last! Drinks were flat, my chicken sandwich had a tangy flavor, and the lady at the window had absolutely no personality at all! She did not speak, smile or say thank you come again!! Very disappointed!! Will not be going back

Today, 4-15-25, the lady who worked the drive through at the location on 321 in Gaston, absolutely made my day. She was so nice and friendly and helpful! Best service!

Food quality has consistently gone down over the years. Service is hit or miss depending on who they got working. I used to stop every morning now I go to burger king or go down further on 321 I will not eat here anymore

They never have cookies. At least not when I order them, LOL. I ordered on the app, so I had already paid for those cookies and they didn't even replace it with oatmeal bars or anything else. Do they even have oatmeal bars? Who knows?

if you're not careful when you go certain places the employees are not trained properly you will be overcharged whatever is on the drive-thru prices check the cashierif they're overcharging you

This Wendy's was going through some remodeling and still got everything right and everything was good.
Slow and never friendly to the customers. Dine in area closes different times. Never know when the family can go in and eat.

Everytime I go to the store and order a chili cheese bake potato they never have it so I ordered a double cheese burger that was raw this is unexceptable then they will not answer the phone the need to be shut down

I'm the only one in line waiting at the door, instead of the window, for my food probably 20 minutes now. I order 4 biggie bags and cheese fries. I didn't know it takes ALL night with no one else in the drive thru to make 4 burgers and some fries. I'd give zero stars if I could. Fast forward to getting home to eat and feed my kids....COLD FOOD! What in the world did I wait for so long for?!?!? Obviously NOT FRESH food!!
