I just ordered large French Fries only at the drive thru. I noticed I had no ketchup and when I asked for some, the lady working the window said they had none. I was like okay can I have some honey mustard then. She reply back normally we charge for this and in my mind I’m thinking normally you have ketchup so I would not have had to ask for that. I mean personally I think that was uncalled for

So this review is an update as of today. I placed an online mobile order. When I got there they said just pull up to the window. They stated they didn't have a soda I ordered, no issue, sub it out. They didn't give me all my order, were confused about what I ordered. To the point the manager came and said "Just give him his 10pc nuggets so he can leave and threw it at the guy who handed it to me. Rude, unprofessional, food cold. And they kept forgetting items. I understand that y'all may have had a busy day, not ok and need to make sure orders are done and correct before being handed out.
