We are fans of this restaurant since it moved to Pawleys Island, but the last visit was disappointing. I ordered lobster ravioli and received leftovers from Valentine’s Day ( the day before). Pasta was stale and tough. Not sure what’s going on, but this meal should never have left the kitchen.
The Italian food is exceptional and the portions are large. The restaurant is clean and has an excellent and attentive staff. There is piano music six nights a week and a Sunday brunch from 11 to 3. Tuscany Bistro is only closed on Sunday night......come for the food and stay for the music....
This place is closed. They are under major renovation. The front doors are there and nothing else.
We had never been to Georgetown before. We were walking around at lunch time and found this restaurant. Decided to give it a try. It was outstanding. Fresh warm bread appealing decor and terrific food. Very accommodating and attentive staff. We had eggplant and it was excellent. Highly recommend!
Had lunch here yesterday, table on the sidewalk. Three in our group, all agreed was excellent. Hope to return for dinner while here.
Great food, good service, nice atmosphere
This is definitely a must try in Georgetown! Best food, hands down!
We found a “new” (to us) restaurant in Georgetown this evening. Dined alfresco and had a wonderful meal of grouper piccata and chicken parmigiana. Both really good! The tuna appetizer was great! Service was good and we enjoyed meeting chef Eddie and complementing his skills at the end of the meal. We highly recommend this Italian restaurant!! Do try it!
Excellent service and the most DELICIOUS marsala and parmigiana. Kids ate flatbread pizza and loved it.
Excellent food and service.

Hidden treasure here in Georgetown on Front Street. The food is amazing and the staff are very friendly. I don’t understand why this place isn’t packed out. You will not be disappointed.
Special the night we visited should be a regular entrée. Grouper stuffed with shrimp and scallops with a cream sauce was the best seafood I have ever eaten. Please offer this every night!
We went for lunch. It was great! They offered a soup or salad plus entree. Not only was the soup and salad flavorful but oyr meal and the service was excellent. Highly suggest this for your dining experience! Yum!
If your visiting Georgetown, and looking for a great dinner. The Tuscany Bistro, is the place for great food and drinks. You will not be disappointed!!!
After reading reviews we thought we were in for a great meal. It was mediocre at best. We were seated near the serving staff stand and had to listen to them bicker about who was going to take which table. The salad was not much besides iceberg lettuce. My husband's spaghetti tasted like ragu sauce. I ordered the linguine with clam sauce, a favorite. All the clams were still in their shells (usually the dish is served with the clams mixed with the pasta and a few in shells on top). The clams were plentiful but my husband was almost done by the time I had them all picked out. They provided nothing to put the shells in so they were all over my plate as I tried to eat. I had to ask for parmesean chees and it was brought to me in a plastic cup. It looked straight out of the proverbial green can, The sauce was oily with no lemon and very little garlic. Very disappointing. They try to present as an upscale Italian restaurant but there is little to recommend about the food or atmosphere..
