Apparently paid for the wrong order then took 15 mins to get a refund. Then after leaving and looking at bank statement the refund was not the full refund it was almost $4 short

Had a really bad day at work. Husband stopped at Bojangles to get some dinner. The restaurant was extremely busy but Kendra made our day. She made fresh chicken strips dinner for me lightly seasoned, fresh fries, macaroni and cheese . Thank you for turning my bad day into a great evening.

I live in Texas..originally from SC. I stopped in my favorite chain to eat. People weren't the best customer service. My order was wrong and I stated it was for here. He huffed and puffed and took it out the bag and onto a tray. Me and my son sat down to eat. The restaurant itself is FILTHY!!! There wasn't a clean table anywhere. Even the seats are filthy,etc. That place needs to be shut down and deep cleaned...even the drink dispensing area was nasty! I was very ashamed to stop in Georgetown to introduce my son to my favorite place to eat growing up. Come on yall...yall can do better!!
