The best chicken, but removing pimento from the menu nationally is major foot-gun. Turning off not just me but others I know are now going to chick fil a when they otherwise would not. The goal needs to be "defeat Chick fil a". Pimento was the thing that did that.

The automated computer who took my order in the drive-through through me off. I feel that is a job a human could benefit from. Jobs are being taken over by computers, and I personally am not a fan of this.

Went to the window to get out food and when the woman was handing us the drink it cracked open and spilled. She didn't take the cup back she kind of just caught a bit of an attitude and when to make another one. Handed my dad the new drink then gave us the food. She went back into the window but didn't give the card back. My dad had to yell into the window to get his card back 🤦♀️ and not a single sorry or anything she just rolled her eyes

Drive thru can't get a complete order. Then go in Employees hanging out all in front where you order. Very dissatisfied. But once got all food it was good.

Went twice in the same day! They were very patient with my slow ordering and my food was great! Family was happy when I got home! Loved my heart shaped blueberry biscuits! I wish Bos would bring back the cinnamon biscuits though!

We were on a road trip back down to Florida and we don’t have a Bojangles near us so we had to stop. This is the best fast food experience I’ve probably had ever! The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was 7 am and the food was very fresh, and the coffee was the best regular restaurant coffee I’ve ever had which seems weird to say but it was! They even left room for me to add cream, and it was hot, but not so hot that I had to wait 30 mins to drink it. It was just a really good experience and a great start to an early morning 8 hour road trip.

We stop here often. Probably too often, but food is good and consistent so why not?! One thing we always notice is how professional and polite the staff always are. Hello, please, thank you, have a nice day. Whomever is training this staff and reinforcing using manners and being polite is a godsend and needs a pat on the back. We will continue to frequent this restaurant.
This is hands down the best Bojangles we ever been in period. Sheree is a prime example of customer service done right. Every time we stop in,it is top notch service. If you ever visit Georgetown SC, definitely think about visiting the Bojangles.
