I’m the mother of the groom that the owner’s granddaughter among other’s were openly talking about 2 days after their wedding. It is so very unprofessional & right down trashy to sit around a table where surrounding customers can hear a bunch of girls talking such trash & lies about other people in the presence of the mother & grandmother who own the establishment. Most of what was being said were straight up lies and misinformation and these girls are no friends of my son or daughter in-law so what makes them think that they have a clue what goes on in their relationship and this is the problem with the nosey little middle school acting Karen’s in our small town that have nothing better to do even when on a paid job than to continue with the gossip train cuz they’ve quite obviously not been raised right or they wouldn’t be allowed to sit on their privileged little jobs in front of adults who should know better than to allow that especially knowing everyone knows everyone if they’re not related. Imagine how the stepfather of the groom felt trying to enjoy his meal with family only to overhear such trash. Not professional at all and I truly pray on this day of the Lord that the owner’s do the right thing to prevent this from happening again. I mean can you imagine how this would have gone if I happened to have decided to go eat with them and hear the horrible things that were being said about my own child, I wouldn’t have been as nice as my husband and a scene would’ve been caused.

This place actually sucks. The employees are allowed to sit in a public restaurant and talk about people and spread rumors. I do not recommend going in to eat because it’s an atmosphere of gossip. Y’all really need to get the young adults out of the restaurant and do better. Sitting in a restaurant talking about people is called slander.

on September 18, 2024, I ordered a to go breakfast and the pancakes that were given to me were burnt. I was highly disappointed because they were not busy when they were fixing my order and it’s just poor business. I did not return them because I am an elderly woman and it was just too much stress.

Breakfast buffet had no eggs, but made to order. No bread on buffet- thought there were none. Then waitress brought a b bc basket of toast. Waitress inattentive a bit. What appeared to be owners were at a large table congregating with staff. Hash brown casserole was good. Tea was good, coffee weak.

We stopped in for breakfast. The Philly Cheesesteak omelet was good. The pancake were a little doughy for my taste. But the eggs and hashbrowns were delicious. But it is a hometown dinner feel, a little dated, but still a great place.

If you want to experience a simple but homely feeling while eating breakfast outside of your house, this is the place. We live out of state, and we decided to have our breakfast here, and we did like it. It's is a simple place but I like their food and service.
