Visted this place for the first time last Saturday. Walked into a clean, fresh smelling market. With a friendly staff. Had everything I wanted for a family fish fry. Will definitely be back the next time I want some seafood.

They have a variety of fish at times the fish is not fresh it's frozen when it's defrosted and turns the fish brown.

I'm not from SC but my wife is and everytime we come her grandmother Viola Green from Annie village always has us to get her fish and crabs, unfortunately she Demised a few years ago but me and my wife still go by there to support the business, the staff there are very professional and it's family owned.

So after 2day I can say I've made my last trip to Georgetown seafood made the drive from Marion sc picked out my fishing sit and waited for more tha a hour for my 2 be cleaned and dressed only 2 find out my order was giving to some one else .my ticket was G27 my order was giving to some one with ticket A27 so a hour drive there and a hour drive back home with out my fish so I wonder if the person who got my oder of about 18 sea bass paid for the little bag they left behind unreal so how often does this happen and of course this was all they had until the next week delivery. Guy was very cool like anything else I can get you like really you gave what I drove for 2hours 2 get and that's it thanks but no thanks

A Georgetown family business treasure that continues to provide quality seafood at the historic High Market Street store and yonder. Some of the nicest, hard working and honest folks that I have had the pleasure of knowing. Have been buying and chatting over their counter for at least 25 years. Love while standing in that long line of Friday customers to buy my usual order of 100 clams, Larry and I make eye contact, and he winks approval to jump the line to the register to pay his lovely wife.
Great products, reasonable prices,

I wanted some fresh crockers, spots and extra large Shrimps. I usually get 1/2 bushel single select oysters but they only had buckets for $22. I got a 1/2 bushel of clusters for $55 way more than bucket and they were clean and 2 pks frozen mussels. After doingva quick rince, and putting them in a large roster pan added 1 inch water and covered with soaked cloths cook 350° for 45 minutes they came out juicy and salty.
Good customer service and I will be back for snow crab legs and shrimps for low country boil.
